lol yeah man you can withdraw the whole thing and pay a penalty. Make sure you do it before 60-90 from your termination date cause you get 3 options from your employer. Either withdraw the full amount. Transfer it to a new job account or have your ex employer hold it for you which will cost you. Sometimes if you dont respond to a notice like that you can run the risk of forfeiting the whole amount to your ex employer or somewhere along those lines haha. I just withdrew mine a few months ago after getting laid off a job I was at for over a year too
