I think a lot of these tests make it harder for people who are taller. Sit and reach (long legs) and pull ups/push ups (taller person, more bone mass, more weight) just to name a few. I'm a shorter person so I have a lot less body weight and I can do like 17 pull ups and 50 push ups. The taller people in the class can only do like 20 push ups but are very obviously more athletic. Just my two cents.

I just found your channel today and let me say that you guys are friggin' hilarious! I actually hope that I'm not the first person to tell you guys that. My favorite episodes are the "will it???" episodes; like "will it taco", "will it ice cream sandwich" and "will it donut". Also, I must say that both of you guys are funny as hell but Rhett is funnier on a more consistent basis but every once in a while Link will do and/or say something that will steal the episode and have me laughing uncontrollably lol. Btw, how often do you guys post new videos to your channel? Anyways, keep up the great work guys bc I look forward to watching your new videos whenever it is that you post them.

I was told by someone that because your pushing your body in a different way than what you would normally do, your mind and body is experiencing something new. It's not because your weak but your mind is tricking you that you are weak, you just have to push yourself passed your mental limit because every intense physical activity is 90% in the mind and 10% actual strength. So just because your good at one thing doesn't mean you'll do better at something else your not used to, but that doesn't mean you'll never get good at it and that's why people train, to get better. 2 months ago I took the test when I was 17, now I'm 18. My scores are 65 push-ups, 34 sit-ups, 3.42" v-sit, 9.48 seconds shuttle run, 7:32 mile run. I was very close at scoring a National for my age.

I was a gymnast while I was in elementary/middle school. I loved when the fitness testing time came around because I smashed the charts. In high school I did the most pull-ups out of all the boys and girls with 32. I was extremely quiet and shy, but I finally got to show my talents and impress people then. Oh the good days, now I can do about 4.

I developed shin splints thanks to the torturous mile run. A classmate literally threw up from the heat, my gym teacher didn't care, boy still had to run. It was always like a thousand degrees out when we did it. I usually took like an hour to finish, partly because didn't care, also because I didn't care.

This reminds me of the bleep test I did back in highschool. I hated and still hate it to this day. If I was to take it again with my current state of body and health I'd surely collapse, curl up, relearn how to breathe and once I somewhat nail breathing I'd take my shirt off and wave it in a sullen yet dying breath filled surrender. The whole thing was treacherous and if it's still in practice I feel sorry for the kids having to suffer through it.
