I'm in the same situation 3 months of stress, with some mental battles (addiction and panic attacks), but God is greater than anything!

I’m a graduate student and been fighting with stress and severe anxiety for about 6 years. Constantly overwhelmed about the amount of work, deadlines and expectations. I’m trying to learn to put all things in His divine hands but it’s hard to let go of my bad habits. Oh Jesus I surrender myself to you, take care of everything.

Needed to hear this today. Been working 75 hrs/wk for the last couple months, I was just received the sacrament of Confirmation today into the Church, and Im 1 month pregnant with our first child. Stressed beyond belief, but I know its just a season and to give my stress to God and praise him through it all.

Thank you, Mother Natalia! I just lost my baby boy in March and am pregnant with another now. Last night, I had such intense anxiety when I saw a little bit of blood. I was immediately convinced I was losing another baby. My husband helped me surrender to God, and I haven't seen any more blood since. But whatever comes, may it be for God's glory. 🙏

Praying for you🥰!!! If it's any consolation, I had a miscarriage last year and got pregnant again right away. I bled everyday for the first 4 months of that pregnancy. Baby was totally healthy though! She's 3 months old now.

Yesterday I battle a lot with frustration. My little boy really challenge me, and I was sad about it, sometimes it's very difficult to understand his behaviour. I just pray over and over "I am nothing without you Lord, stay with me, please". 🙏💚 I hope I do better next time.

Mother Natalia - this resonates with me. As I’ve gotten older, 52, I get frustrated with just “wanting to be done”, to not have anything more to do for the day or week. Drowning in a puddle is the perfect analogy cuz none of it is that big of a deal. I even have this with prayer… after a long day I can be frustrated with having to say my night prayers. Lord, give me the ability to seek You as these feelings in daily life start to take hold. Free me from the shame of being over stressed by coming to You. Jesus, I trust in You.

I recently got promoted to management at my job and I've been feeling really overwhelmed at times. the part at 8:00 really spoke to me.

A lot of things are going wrong and I'm trying to recover but every time I'm about to get back up, I am knocked back down. Thank you Mother Natalia for these words because they helped me. Expectations can make one have a distorted view of reality and drowning in a puddle does make someone blind to Jesus.

I’m going through the same thing. The adversary wants us to always say “it’s just one more thing” or “I’m a victim” - instead, let go of the idea that bad things stack up against you and become overwhelming, instead, trust in the LORD and ask “where is Jesus right now” -- and ignore the thoughts 💭 which try to discourage you and make you anxious

The first time I went to a Byzantine Catholic mass the part you talked about ”let us set aside our earthly cares”… etc was really moving, actually the whole of that section of the liturgy. So I had to take a photo of that page in the liturgy book I was following along with (it was spoken in ukrainian and I had to read it in english…). Now and again I look at the photo and find it very encouraging. Thanks for your reflection.

We are blessed to have a family doctor who is a very devout Catholic; we always end up chatting about the Faith, and supporting each other in prayer. He has been our doctor for over 20 years.

Sadly money and politics has been allowed to divide a once rich Catholic community in a very small town in Western Australia.🇦🇺 But I keep praying making mistakes then praying again like a game of tug gar war . With the Devil and my fight for true salvation from Jesus Christ. It’s sad when darkness does that to a town. But I will never given no matter how hard the battle. AME

That line, and the line about commending "ourselves and our whole lives to Christ God" was what struck me during my first Divine Liturgy. As well as the prayer before communion. They got stuck in my head and I knew I had to go back.

U said it. We all get there, more often than we want or need. Thank U Sister. It is then, when i remember St.Padre Pio's words, " Do not Worry." & then I pray , " Awe, Jesus , I Trust in U!" Helps me anyway... 🇨🇦🤲🙏✝️❤️

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

You got Neighbors, and they'll pull you through. Alternatively, you'll pull them through. I live on the Delaware Bay, so it's not hurricane season here till August/early September. One of my Quaker neighbors has a back-up generator; they're good people. Prayers for you, for your loved ones, and for your neighbors.

Still praying hard still begging the Church to help, I find it odd that we talk clearly and openly about evil and how evil works. However I’m a classic case seeking classic redemption seeking classic support from the Cathartic Church. I wont give up. One day I hope the Church can hear my plea for true support. Amen.🙏
