I respect the Eastern Orthodox Church and Catholic church-we are all brothers in Christ. The Syriac Orthodox Church only consecrated a new Patriarch after the passing away of St. Severus).

Im catholic and love the Orthodox Church. In my country, Portugal sometimes i go to the mass of Romania Church, Russia Church and i found one Ukrain Church in the city of Torres Vedras. Well is not a Orthodox Ukrain Church but people allow on sunday Orthodox Mass. Its inside the Castel of Torres Vedras. The most beautifull Mass i assist was in Bulgária, Ruse and Shuman

They're not the same kind of orthodox, you're talking about eastern orthodoxy whilst this channel is about oriental orthodoxy. Two different churches, the first chalcedonian (like the Roman church), the second miaphysite. Different patriarchs of Antioch, of Alexandria, of Jerusalem and other church hierarchies (mafrians, catholicoi, etc.)

Orthodox and Catholic were basically the same 1,000 years ago. The modern separation are minor disagreement and language. Catholic went to the Latin rite while ORthodox went to the Greek rite.
