Perhaps a bad lean angle sensor? Don't know if R1's have one that shuts off the bike if the bike thinks it's on it's side.

It doesn't sound right. It sounds out of time or it's running lean. The exhaust valves sound like they are opening late. It doesn't sound like the first Bren tune on the other engine. Put it on a Dyno and that should tell you. ECU went potato on that one. The Duck has the best most efficient engine there is on any bike. If you want that inline four beast then try that S1000 M series. 210 hp on 194 kilos of carbon bike. It's a beast.

Yeah i kind of agree with you. I do t k ow specifically, but you are right it does sound different for sure. Not as throaty and more whiny. It almost sound smoother, like the crank isnt a 270 angle, it sounds like a 225 crank haha. Yeah the zx10r would be a good choice, or yeah the s1000rr seems to be his vibe man, what an excellent bike
