Short answer: Kinda Long answer: Well, sexuality is a spectrum, and there is more than just gay or not gay, there are different levels of people having romantic attraction, sexual attraction, attraction in general to the individual spectrum of gender and physical aspects... That's why its LGBTQ+ The plus means there are a ton more, but that would end up being a really long acronym so we are just gonna roll with the well-known ones for the people who don't understand. :)

@@avili9733 in other words, nah they ain't (maybe Deadpool though) you know this kinda reminds me of something the director of The Digimon movie did, he confirmed that Kari was in love with the protagonist Tai (whom also happens to be her OLDER BROTHER) and even her voice actress rolled with the idea and played her with that intention in mind, naturally most of the fans were not really into this idea (unfortunately some of them where REALLY *INTO* THE IDEA) and they ended up analyzing the movie, they ended realizing that of you see the series with this in mind most of Kari's attitude and development MAKE A LOT MORE SENSE (why is she so clingy? INCEST, why is she so fragile without him? INCEST, why does she seem to be interested by people who looks or act like her brother? INCEST, why is her character arc about trying to be less dependent on her brother? INCEST) this is similar to the Spideypool (except less toxic because it's not incest) it's something that if you read the comics with it in mind, it just makes *sense* but no one really want's to just *ACCEPT IT* but for different reasons (in the digimon case because EEEEWWWWW, and in the spideypool case because it contradicts canon and makes us see spiderman in a light that no one really imagined they would see him in)

The Spideypool team-up comic is the only comic arc i've read from marvel, and it convinced me that Deadpool and Spiderman are one of the best duos I've ever seen. Not even getting into the obvious gay potential, they're perfect character foils to each other. Their conflicting ideals over the usefulness of moral codes, killing, peacekeeping, all those things, made their comic actually nuanced and more intellectual than i was expecting from a marvel comic. Plus, they're both super quippy and snarky so their banter is top notch

He's not "middle-class" he's literally poor, money problems are one of the most common struggles he goes through. I don't know if it'd be in-character for him to get over losing his one true love and by the end it seemed as if he's hoping they will reunite someday, but i would love to see him being more open about his atraction to dudes.

Other than that prior to those comics whenever Eddie and the Symbiote showed up it was hinted at that there was a dependency between them until 2016 when the comics took it a step further and made it out in the open about their feelings for each other.

Stan's spider-man was made with some underdog qualities his age made his significantly less experienced then his opponents and a fairly significant part of the early comics revolved around Peter finding enough money to keep himself and his aunt afloat, he was quite poor but he had to work hard to keep it that way

From the articles i've read, and interviews of Stan lee... it was "Spider-Man can, in fact, be black or Hispanic or gay - it’s just that Peter Parker can’t." And that was the whole point of spiderverse? Miles Morales, Spider Gwen, Silk etc etc. I did not find any source for when Stan says "spiderman is only for white men lmao." Besides, he created Black panther in 1966, and got him a solo series in 1973. (This was during the time when African-Americans were forced to use separate toilet btw) So. don't piss on him for wrong quotes.

Well, he's pretty explicit in the second Deadpool movie... Only historians would be able to get "and they were roommates" at this point.

Some people are more likely to be an underdog than others, especially when you consider race or sexuality. However, Peter Parker was an orphaned child who grew up with a nerdy disposition. He struggled financially and was often bullied. I think he was an underdog. And I love both Peter Parker and Spider-Man because I truly believe he is relatable to everyone.
