Outside of fantano's fanbase, forest Hill drives is seen as one of the best rap albums of the 2010s. People love this album

Music critics/nerds or hardcore hiphop fans don't like his music so much because his writing is incredibly inconsistent, he can have some good bars and it can become corny real quick. The production is also nothing special but inoffensive.

FHD is just a more accessable version of TPAB - that does mean that its not as deep, but it also means its easier to just throw on, aside from a few songs (King Kunta, Wesley's Theory, Alright), a lot of the songs on TPAB have funky beats that, while amazing, are not super easy to listen to if you arent in the right mood,

@@MasteRgamer-mk5bp I love J. Cole’s work, I’m a massive fan, but I respectfully believe Denzel Curry’s consistency and creativity outweigh the consistency of J. Cole’s work. I also think it would be difficult for someone to create an album similar in quality to Unlocked in the same time frame.

I love J Cole and Forest Hills is still a solid album but I feel like it hasn't aged that well and its stand out tracks make people believe its better than it really is. But as a huge J Cole fan I can personally look past some of his flaws that others might not.

J Cole I consider on a tier with the Logic and post 2002 Eminem. they aren't talentless but there's a subtle corniness in most of their music that I don't quite take them as seriously all of the time even if they have bars or a catchy chorus.

Noughty* album names a play on the Naughty by Nature rap group inspired by Digga growing up in the Noughties (2000s) IMO Double Tap Diaries and MITP are both better Digga D projects than NBN, got both different CD arts released for NBN autographed and I love the album but it's got a lot of misses. Pump 101 & Let it Go are probably the only tracks I really heavily replay.
