I really wish genshin had a loadout system like honkai's so it's easier to switch artifacts and weapons for characters like raiden who I typically run with 4pc emblem but you could also run an em build on so this loadout system would really make that entire thing a lot easier

@@Michael-0101 I'm convinced theyre keeping it low to get just a few more people to spend primos on resin. That, or some number crunchers in their office is convinced limiting play is increasing player retention in the long run. Players forced to log in every day = fewer players grind a bunch at once and get burnt out. idk how accurate any of that is but I certainly would prefer to be able to farm for like 5 hours on the weekend when I have free time than be forced to log in every day of the week to not miss out on resources.

​@@Michael-0101 160 resin a day means 4 domains with condensed or 8 without + 60 weekly resins if you upgraded your teapot that I personnally use to do 2 weekly bosses for free, I use all my fragile resin to do world bosses also for free For example, I got nahida since her release and it legit took me one month to get her to lvl 90 with her E and Q upgraded to 90, maxed weapon and fine artifacts One month is legit if considering you are in the endgame. Endgame means you get fewer resources and you must spend them wisely. Also 3.0 added a lot more craftable artifacts into the alchemy table. Also, don't try to pull and upgrade every character and you won't drown in stuff to upgrade. I don't think the resin system is unbalanced. I rather think players in endgame don't realize they're in endgame and keep burning resources and expecting to farm 'em back easily like when they were AR15

@@Michael-0101 "Mihoyo doesn't know how math works". Clearly they DO know how to do math... since the game is making them billions of dollars. Mihoyo knows exactly what they're doing. They're keeping players engaged and logged into the game. That's why so much stuff in the game, has different regeneration times. -Resin - 21.5 Hours (or something like that) -Expedition - 20 Hours. Sometimes 15 Hours with certain characters -Collectibles Open World (minerals, flora, etc.) - 24-72 Hours -Realm Currency - That's a mess, because it depends on Adeptal Energy and Trust. -Realm Garden - 50 Hours The list goes on and on. To players... that looks like a bunch of random numbers, and gives the impression that Mihoyo "doesn't know how to do math"...but those numbers aren't random. They are carefully calculated and researched...to maximize the game's profit. And it's working.

good thing about DPC is that you can now use 2pc VV 2pc DPC instead of the old 2pc VV 2pc ATK% combo. this build may be a good option for heizou

DPC actually sounds pretty fun for characters like yanfei too from the sound of it and could compete with her wanderer's troupe set 👀

Atk speed might ruin her attack string (N2 gives you 4 seals right before her CA lands on the target). You will miss 1 seal if your atk speed is higher than usual, requiring you to do N3C instead of N2C. Unless if you dont have her c6, it's kind of competitive.

@@yumine_ yes, her burst gives 1 seal every second. You can barely get the 4th seal with N2C. I said "barely" because the 4th stack comes right before her CA lands.

DPC doesn’t affect Xiao E but in reality Vermillion set also doesn’t really increase Xiao’s E damage either. The 4 pc Vermilion bonus kicks in once Xiao started his burst. You dont want to use E during your burst because you get no energy. Xiao players use 2 Es before going into burst. Those 2 Es are not affected by 4 pc bonus. You’ll need C6 to freely use Es during burst and 99% of Xiao players don’t have C6

I plan to farm the new artifacts simply because I don't have anything else to use resin on. Been farming the 3.0 domain for months now even though I only needed one dendro set for Nahida, lol.

Since I'm pulling for Wanderer and I just got one copy of Heizou, this domain will be good value for my resin. I don't think I'll replace my Kuki's artifacts because she's a hybrid of sorts (full EM but 4p tenacity to give my Cyno and Ayato teams the atk buff), but I might still build up a FOPL set for Raiden!

I think you forgot to say that normally you don't change Artifacts set because of substats that 40% cv took you a month to get and now you need to farm again, but with dendro you don't need that much so I suggest basicly anyone trade unless you ve farmers for some busted Artifacts.

The set for dendro reactions may be very good, but it is not resin efficient as you can drop the other one which is basically useless unless for 2 or 3 characters, while deepwood + gilded is one of the best domains EVER!!! Both super useful artifacts!

Regarding the 5% dmg increase for the new set (3:55) You are right in the regard that this set is better than gilded (especially in a Nilou team), but the gilded set is a lot more accessible for different playstyles. A result of this is, that players will have farmed more (and therefore better) gilded pieces. Because of this I think that the difference between gilded and FoPL is a lot less because the artifact quality on gilded pieces will be a lot better on average.

i’ll definitely be farming for these artifacts. i’m a nilou main, and a soon to be scaramouche/wanderer main, so this is a golden opportunity for me to snag BOTH sets for nilou and scara. same thing i did w/ xiao and ayato when echoes and vermillion came out

No matter what, im getting the new set for my Kuki Shinobu. Hyperbloom is by far my favourite reaction.

I think Kuki is the only bloom based character that benefits more from gilded dream than the new set. Extra em on her means more healing too. I'm keeping gilded on my Kuki and farm the new set for burgeon Thoma

me too. i've been procrastinating raising her and her artifacts because i half expected a bloom buffing set to arrive in the game sooner or later. i'm glad that the only thing she needs is em so we can just totally ignore substats on sands, goblet and circlet. makes farming a bit less of a hell

One thing about gilded dreams in hyperbloom: the 4pc effect triggers when you proc the hyperbloom, not when the sprawling shots hit the enemy. Since sprawling shots don't snapshot, they benefit from EM buffs mid-flight. It's practically 100% uptime, and is part of the reason why hyperbloom is so good.

It will boost it by 140% Because 4 pc set gives you 40% bloom dmg bonus and if u trigger a bloom reaction the dmg will further increase by 25% max is 4 stacks so if u trigger bloom 4 times you will get 100% dmg increase, so it’s 140.

It will work on her cores. The text for her says they count as blooms. As to much it'll add, well, it'll add a percentage of the base damage (which is about 2.9k at level 90), but that's then scaled by her HP-related bonus, I believe. . Depending on if the DMG caps at 80% (40% + (4*25%*40%) or 140% (40% + 25%*4), it'd be something between 3-5k, for a 70kish Nilou, if I understand her mechanics right. There will also be a slight reduction applied prior to that, as your triggering character won't have the 4 piece bonus from Gilded Dreams, meaning a slightly lower EM (though that'll be mitigated due to EM having DR (the real type, not the "I don't understand math terms" type).

@Jay if you're triple crowning Thoma I'd run some hp stats in which case gilded might be better. Its only 5% worse if you're over 800 EM, and you still need ER and have hp scaling. I run around 600 EM(gilded plus kitain) for 20k burgeon vs 30k at a 1000, but I get 2 HP% mainstats and 26k HP so his shield is still good. Maybe giving up the shield is worth for you, then you gotta hit 800 plus EM triple mainstats to get around 35k burgeons from new set.

Gilded Dreams actually does have 100% uptime for electro units. You gain the EM bonus when you hit a core with electro, not when the hyperbloom hits an enemy. And it's likely that the new bloom set bonus is additive and not multiplicative as there probably won't ever be another dedicated bloom set. 140% makes the morr sense than 80%, but I guess we'll see.

My best guess is that FoPL bonus will be added to the EM bonus, like Nilou's passive. In typical hyperbloom-related team with EM > 800 it will be ~15% better than GD.

As a Heizou haver and a burgeon Thoma main, These artifacts are very interesting to me While you do have a point with VV Heizou (his NA multipliers seem low), I have lost prayer on him and i do want him on field

Worth it for me, gonna get wanderer and the bloom set is stronger for hyperbloom than gilded dreams and hyperbloom has been my favourite team since dendro released so I'm definitely gonna use it. Also a side note, it should still work with nilou's bountiful cores since their dmg counts as dendro core dmg.

the bloom set looks good if you like playing bloom comps... the other set looks too specific for scara (while it will work for xiao, there are better options)... if you have a good vv, shimenawa, or 2pc+2pc, then better save your resin for something else

Pavilion set is on the same tier as Thundering Fury. Characters of the respective elements can't benefit much from its unique bonus but others can (TF gives CDR while DPC gives atk speed & NA/CA/Plunge bonus) kekw

I have nilou and also wishing for scara ( hopefully get him) and also Heizou ... so this domain is win win for me anyway

Same !!! All I get from that domain is def% and healing bonus 😭 It's not even hp or er or em! Straight def% for EVERYTHING! But the echo set is quite good and forgiving... but I don't use that set on any character 💀

I was wondering why they didn't just put the generic 18% atk to DPC to make it more universal, but then I realized it'll just be a blatant upgrade from the gladiator's finale. It can affect characters regardless of weapon, its a 40% dmg increase instead of 35%, it affects normal, charged, and plunge, and it also increases normal atk speed. The only "drawback" the 4p has is that we have to weave in a charged attack every 15s, so basically only once every rotation. At least this way, only anemo characters can utilize it to its full extent.

I thought Gladiator’s finale can only give those 4-pcs passive to sword, claymore and polearm. But if DPC was given 18% atk on 2-pcs, then it is much better than gladiator’s finale since any weapon types can make use of that 4-pcs passive

I'm using Desert Pavilion for Klee. Other than the Anemo bonus being wasted, it's actually a pretty good set for her.

LMAOO it's her c6 :):) c6 kuki makes it so if she takes fatal damage, her HP is instead locked to 1 and then she gets some buffs for a few seconds. but she can only be saved like that once every 60 seconds

Why i do feel like gilded is for anyone that create dendro core which and share EM to whoever will trigger hyper bloom / burgeon equipped with the new set. Any dendro with deep wood. any hydro with gilded and finish the job with either electro/pyro with new set. // copium

Okee, maybe it’s just bc Marcus is being sponsored, but I might be down for the Sacred Summons. Also, thanks for the heads up!

I feel, if DPC didn't have the Anemo damage on 2pc and instead just a generic ATK buff, it could have been more interesting on other characters as well. But I also feel the reason they didn't do it is exactly because it might break other characters. I haven't done the math, but it would sound like a really good way to increase damage on characters like Ganyu for example similar to Shimenawa, but without the condition that you lose energy. I guess, that's why they didn't do it. Same thing goes for Hu Tao. Even Yoimiya could use it by just starting with a charged shot. So in general, it seems like a set that can be used on certain characters that either do normal, plunge or charge attacks as their main damage. Overall, Shimenawa will probably be better since the 2pc buff also helps most characters (and the 10% buff from DPC isn't accounting for that) where the anemo buff doesn't. However, DPC allows for easier builds and play styles since you don't have to account for energy costs. So it basically gives you a bit more freedom and quality of life for raw damage (except for Scaramouche, who will be profiting completely). As for the bloom related set. I guess, it's a better option for Hyperbloom and Burgeon. Though, I don't think it matters that much at this point as you said yourself. I feel, the main problem in Bloom teams is that it's hard to make sure who triggers the reaction in the end (which isn't a problem in the other two). For example, in Nilou BC teams, I stopped stacking EM on certain characters, because it is hard to overlook which character is actually triggering all the time. The best way is to just give Nilou huge HP, so her buff is large and give Nahida huge EM, so she can give other characters EM as well. Then you just give the other two characters your standard sets and maybe get a bit of EM through weapons or substats. This way, you can use the other characters in other comps as well without much hassle and the overall damage is still good. Once you give this set to a specific character, you have to make sure that this character triggers a good amount of the bloom, otherwise the character completely loses their purpose (since you sacrificed every other stat). Again, not so much a problem in Hyperbloom or Burgeon, because it's easy to set up who triggers the reaction, but a problem in Bloom.

As a hyperburgeon player with rainbow artifacts on Kuki & Thoma, I would totally farm FoPL. I've farmed gilded/deepwood domain since 3.0 and because a lot of my character need that domain, makes it harder to complete the build. And now I'm kinda bored to fight the domain over and over again

When it comes to DPC its pretty easy to figure out its not rlly good for Xiao,sure its a 40% increase if you use his NA/CA but you'd do that only if you have his signature weapon which benefits him if he NA enemies cuz it helps stacking its dmg up in the passive effect all that does is just keeping the 4pc buff active and again its a 40% buff meanwhile Vermillion only needs him to lose HP which he does constantly so no need to worry about upkeeping the 4pc buff it does it by itself plus it comes with a straight up 8% from the get go when his burst is active and the rest of the buff has 4 levels of 10% each so a total of 48% without having to lose precious burst time/plunging time to randomly NA or CA for a 40% buff. True it is not a bad set for him and yes it is better than the 2pc 2pc build he used to have but not as good and way more finicky and clunky to use than Vermillion which kinda uses itself you don't need to worry about it specially again if you don't have his signature weapon which means he can be played for plunges only no NA or CA needed. Interesting sets ngl but i will probably not farm for them at all anytime soon unless i get Wanderer and need to farm for him,i don't need the new anemo set other than him and i don't play Bloom teams of any kind either and even if i did i would play them on Guilded simply cuz i have like 4 full god tier Guilded from farming for Nahida who ha snow a garbage 4pc dendro set with garbage subs cuz the game hates me -_-

Just in case anyone is confused by the only 4% dmg gain. It is because the dmg from em is also bloom dmg. So you loose 150 em worth of bloom dmg for 80 flat bloom dmg. Example: 1150 em = 584% bloom dmg and 1000 em + 80% = 613% which is a 5% increase. If you run less em the increase also shrinks, on a quickbloom Cyno for example: 800 em = 457%, 650em + 80% = 472% // 3.3% increase. Also in hyperbloom teams you will lose a lot of aggravate dmg and other em scaling (mainly on cyno).

Aii so I play dps kazuha. Ik ik not that popular but I have him on over 200cdmg. Should I farm this new set? Cuz I really think it might give me more dmg but I'm not sure by how much (I'm on 2vv 2 glad)

The first set I will farm for Heizou and Scara (if I get him), the second I will farm for Thoma and Shinobu

they should’ve made the wanderer set be 18% attack for the 2p. that would make it FARRR more ample.

FOPL is a noticeable 6k damage increase on Kuki in hyperbloom vs Gilded ( which is sad, because i just farmed a 4pc GD for her). (edit: for clarity, a 4pc GD ironsting 1000 EM lvl 90 Kuki deals around 27,5k hyperblooms. A 4pc FOPL ironsting 850 EM lvl 90 Kuki deals roughly 34,1k hyperblooms with max stacks [and same damage as GD without stacks]) For Raiden, i use her as hyper carry, so w/e, 4ESF gang all the way. But since she is a godsend (hah) with Nahida, i can see it working outside of that comp.

I'm still confused who should have the Flower of Paradise Lost set in a Nilou Bloom comp because we all know it's so random who triggers bloom in this comp

In my opinion, it depends on your team. So generally, The driver(Fastest applicatior and longest on-field time: Barbara(em), Nahida, or Kokomi(em)) should bear the 4pcParadise. The second fastest applicator. The one who might potentially overtake the driver( Xq, Yelan, Collei) should use 4pc Gilded so they would have respectable bloom dmg. DMC can wear the 4pc Deepwood cuz her hydro ult is slow at applying dendro. I really recommend someone wearing deepwood (not the driver) for that sweet dendro resistance reduction

I keep seeing these videos like "wow wanderer is meta breaking" and "these artifacts are so fantastic on specific builds" and i keep thinking "oh 3.3 is out" BUT NO THATS NOT FOR ANOTHER WEEK!!! SPECULATIVE CONTENT IS THROWING ME OFF SCHEDULE

I have a doubt that how artifact or weapons work, where it is mentioned a certain attack or stat will be raised by certain number. They don't mention the time limit for how much. Only info written is that this effect can occur only per "XYZ" second. Can anyone please explain?

I'm not sure I understand the question. As I recall, they do mention for how long the buff lasts. Can you give me an example?

Kind of makes me wonder which is better crimson witch or FOPL. My guess would be crimson witch for on field and characters also used in vape teams. FOPL for off-field characters and reaction causers. Like for HuTao and Diluc, Crimson is still better. Actually HuTao might be better with FOPL since triggers Crimson once while FOPL all three but loses added vape damage that Crimson has. Mostly just thinking for Dehya, since I imagine she is a on-field DPS. Might depend on how fast she can trigger skill.

Huh? Why are you mentioning FOPL, Hu Tao and Diluc even though FOPL is not for vape but only for bloom, hyperbloom and burgeon. Hu Tao is better with Crimson witch, unless you use Hu Tao and Diluc for burgeon which is unusual. But you do you.

I don't need DPC and my Kuki has 3EM GD with flower and weather ~80-90 EM each. So I'm good with it and not gonna farm the new domain.

Well as much as gilded dreams hates me maybe I'll get actually get em pieces on the new set 🙃 I have not gotten one single 5 star EM artifact out of deep wood or gilded 🥲🥲 Nahida I'm sorry Kuki is running 2 piece wanderer and gilded (electro goblet cause never seen am em goblet on my account anywhere) And nahida is running 2 piece wanderer and deep wood and ya know what we make do stupid domain

Can't say I'm interested in either one, currently. The bloom set is too niche, and I'm not a fan of straight up bloom teams. I could go build it for Kuki, but I like her in the more universal 4 piece Tenacity better, and, honestly, I don't use her in any of my more serious teams. And the anemo set is even more niche, designed for a character I have no intent to get.

a while back i was farming a noblese em set for Thoma burgeon, but now I'm going to get paradise for him, my only other concern is with Kuki i have her fully built with gilded and 931 em, i use her for both hyperbloom and aggravate so I'm just wondering if i should bother farming 2 paradise em sets or just keep kuki on gilded so shes more well rounded. I was hearing that even with aggrevate paradise is good on her too or similar so I'm just wondering if anybody had any thoughts on this. I'm already farming for thoma but I'm also wanna start my alhaiutham prep so I don't wanna have to be trying to farm 3 whole sets at once yk? feedback is very much appreciated.

I would keep Gilded Dreams on Kuki. Even if FOPL works well enough on Aggravate, I'd imagine Gilded Dreams is better rounded for both team comps - it seems to me you'll be losing more for Aggravate than you'll be gaining for Hyperbloom by switching to FOPL. Gilded Dreams just sounds better balanced if you really wish to use her in both teams. Besides, getting a full set of EM main stats is already a pain, I wouldn't dare to farm two xD Then again, if you have nothing else to do... why not? You could have two sets for her and switch between them as you switch her teams.

Min Nilou still wears cope so I have to farm it... and I will get mostly the other set which is useless for me.

In my opinion the new fopl set is kinda to close to guilded. For the most teams you use arldy guilded on its just a small upgrade and for the teams u didnt use guilded on its pretty much useless. The dpc set also kinda a niche and as for NOW only good for 1 upcoming char. Both will drop in the same domain so farming for fopl to upgrade your alrdy existent guilded while getting also a useless set if u dont pull for wanderer seems totally like a resin waste. When they leaked new sets i kind of hoped for something rly NEW that can probably also used in "older" team comps like traditional freeze or taser comps. I mean guilded even works pretty well on trad. melt teams with the +50 em and +28% attk buff if you play 2x cryo/2x pyro. For me the "old" sumeru domain with deepwood and guilded was much more of a win-win domain bcause since dendro release u kind of wanted both sets anyway.
