It's gorgeous but I still say for $800+ the flux rails should light up bright blue as they do in the movies. Arguably the coolest BTTF Delorean lights of them all.

They are some of the best collectibles!

Put Mark II together today. It's incredible. It's not 100% accurate, for those of you who are diehard fans that don't want to spend too much money on something that doesn't have every single detail. I noticed that there are no pedals and the orange lights on the interior of the doors are missing. However, it's easily the coolest thing I own. I'd definitely recommend getting at least one of these. I bought Mark II because it's my favourite from the trilogy and the display stand helps me save space. Seriously cool.

Glad you were able to get one too. For those who have one, it is the highlight of their collection. Super impressive to see something that big in person. If you can't get a life-size one, this seems like the next best thing, ha.

The studio finally wised up around 2015 and now there is so much to choose from. I wish this was all available back in the day, but better late than never! Thanks for watching!

I have part 1 and I’m happy with that. Don’t think will be getting the other Deloreans but I’m thinking of adding the figures from the other movies. Currently just have Marty V.1.

I used to have one of those but I lost it luckily now I’m getting a 1-1 scale almanac I’m so excited for it to arrive 😊

Hot Toys is a household brand that always delivers. Not cheap by any means.

Love both deloreans. I have part 1 delorean as this is the best memory I have of the car when I watched the film in the cinema in 1985. Fell in love with the car. As cool as 2 is, I will skip that one as I don't have room however, I really want car 3 as it's look is so different from the other 2.

Agreed. Part 1 is most memorable as it's the best movie....but Part 2 has better features. As he said if you can own both sure, but if only 1, get Part 2.

Diamon Select 1:15. They haven’t made them in a while, way overpriced on the secondary market now. But they are cool! I have one from each movie.

Maybe folks will sell their part 1 once they get the part 2. Some of us can't spend $1,000 on a toy unless we want a divorce. I would be totally happy to display the part 1 if I can find one reasonably priced.

People are definitely selling their Part 1 versions, but unfortunately the prices have not dropped below the MSRP, in most cases they have gone way up since they don't make it anymore. Good luck, hope you find one for yourself in the future!

Sent an extra 400 buck adding decals, 3d printed mods and all the additional wiring needed to make it screen accurate. Definitely worth it though and made it mine.

That is the Diamond Select BTTFII 1/15th scale version. They made a version for each movie, all very cool but not being made anymore to my knowledge… so now it’s all about finding an overpriced previously owned. Thanks for the sub!

@@markpotterjr7765 I always liked the Diamond Selects... There are better DeLoreans out there, but for the initial price they were sold at (around $50) the DS are pretty great! The lights and sounds add a lot too. Not 100% detailed, but they are definitely great for display, especially if you get signatures! Are you going to meet Lloyd and Fox at a con in the near future?

both are a bomb, but if I could buy I would buy the one in part 2. Question, what do you think that NECA has not released the DELOREAN TOONY? Wouldn't it have been nice to have that variant too?😉

I love mine! I just wish there was a way to have it "always on" when connected USB rather than having to open the hood and hit the switch twice. I tried removing some screws from the hood area, but it didn't open up there. I guess I could tape the switch down for at least the non-hover light mode.

It is made for the 1:6 figures. Doc is cramped but Marty fits perfect in the DeLorean... as I think it was in real life too, ha.

That’s only for a few people who were a little too anxious taking the wheels out. It’s not as much of a problem as you think it is. Mine is absolutely fine.

0:57 Not happening! This is the problem when corporations play off of people's ignorance. I don't care if you're the biggest collector in the world! These aren't made of actual glass or metal, they're made from cheap plexi-glass and plastic. They are definitely not worth that much money, but people are ignorant enough to blow their money on cheap monstrosities like this. If you're going to spend that much on a toy, then fine, but it has to be of real, genuine quality. When we pay these kind of prices for cheap quality, we enable larger corporations to keep releasing junk quality at sky-rocket prices. That's your own fault and these companies are laughing at you all the way to the bank.

@@FutureBoyBTTF i literally saw the Delorean part 2 on a shelf display yesterday at a comic store for sale of $950 or so. Comes complete with the box...and now deciding to get it. I say that because part 2 Marty is possible to find or get at a reasonable price. Doc Brown is being re-released again

Im not an hardcore details type of guy, even if i bought it, its pretty expensive so im expecting details of course. The only big thing to me is the headlight that should not be blue but warm White just like a regular headlight would be. Other than that, its a wonderful piece !

Sometimes the LEDs they put in new items just aren't quite the right color... but still, this is a great piece, I recommend if it is in your price range.
