During 90's they'll allow tourist to visit the *Gold Mines* ..My whole family elders went inside the mine to visit, while I'm small kid.

Privatisation can be a tricky. My suggestion would be to take under government control but with Private participation for technology side only.

on contract basis only.. first let private firms do the setup, begin the process and prove it successful! Can't waste tax money like before... doesn't matter if it is an investment.. contract will yield enough benefits.. Sure that even if Government does it all on its own and reap great spectacular profits there won't be any change in common man's tax cut-off or petrol/gas prices etc.
