No, you don't. It's only ur police report that you take to foreign affairs and embassy, ok.

How long does it take to get TRC ?

Please do Portugal schools give deadline for fees payment when offered admission or you have to pay immediately the admission is offered?

Some usually is enrollment fee and some would ask you to pay one-tenth of your tuition, but ISCTE will want you to pay your tuition b4 they would give you documents to present at the embassy

YES, just that,if you had your Bsc in Nigeria, you would have to send ur doc to someone in Nigeria to help you with Authentication and legalisation. But your visa application will be from Philippines

Yes, as long as one gets job, it would be given. I prefer the jobseeker to tourist visa

I want you to take this as a sisterly advice. Look for a course, so that you can use the document to get a TRC. Asylum, will never, never pay you. Or, if you think you have resources to start an activity, then you go and register one, maybe within 2years you can get TRC but this path is really, really not easy

First of all, the Portuguese don't joke with pple living with disabilities., they give them priority first. You can work and study as a student, it is allowed

Talking about disabilities & Portugal in the same vein, what about someone who stutter, as in stammers, will such a person have a chance in the study and job aspect ? In Nigeria, if you stammer, no one especially in the job sector is willing to give you a chance to express yourself or even show your skill. You know how your country is. I'm really bothered about it. Will it be a problem in Portugal? Thank you for responding in advance
