I am a Buffalo bill fan and to be fair I see Dallas in the same boat . I see two good teams that have post season problems . In my mind it has very little to do with getting the " right" people as it is of simply exceuting when it counts . I have to listen all off season how Superbowl windows are closing , yet these two teams are always in the playoffs . Here is the reality in all sports that is never really talked about . In playoff football there are 3 or 4 plays that generally determine the outcome. Statistically , it is a random could go ethier way process. Spending tons of money and mortgaging the future has a liw track record of success
