I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *condup* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it

I really love how your taste and style are always so chic. My favorite is the hotdups leather bag, it’s amazing.

As someone who owns authentic pieces from many proclaimed designers…. I can speak to having to take many bags back….. the quality is not as good as it used to be. I’ve had several pieces from Louis Vuitton that have had hardware with mixed finishes, messed up stitching, and even leather that has started to separate at a seem with in the first few weeks. That is what I can speak too. Brands I shop very frequently include Lv, Dior, and channel. All have had issues. Not every piece every time but it has happened at all places over my course of buying over the many years.

This is interesting and I enjoyed this video . I own alot of a bags from the brands . I have a real Hermes and a ‘fake’ hermes kelly. The Kelly I took with me to hermes once and the sell’s representative thought it was real so did the customer near me . I let them know it was not from the hermes brand lol. The customer wanted to know where I bought it *suluxs* so she could get one like it lol. Honestly I was not embarrassed about it but was amused that everyone thought it was real . :)

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. Fools are the ones who spend $10,000 on a "real" bag. I have a fake Louis Vuitton doctor's bag that I purchased in Korea in 1987. I walked into Neman Marcus with it. Several employees in the handbag section couldn't believe my bag was fake. They are comparing my *esluxscom* to the "real" one and they can't see any difference. Mine cost $40, the real deal was $7500.

I got the kirigami set from a boutique in Germany this year: the hardware is not good quality: the buttons lose their gold color. So it is not the quality you talking about in the video.

The hardware is no longer solid brass which can be polished. It is merely gold plate and when the gold wears off to base metal, it needs to be replaced. Vuitton calls this normal “wear and wear”. @@elenaaleksandrova

The issue I have is that brands like Chanel are no longer asking people to pay for the quality of their items like back in the day. I get that there is the issue of exclusivity, but there is nothing you can say to me to make me pay Eur 8000 simply to be associated with a name. Like really, who are you?!?! Give me a high quality non-designer bag any day of the week! Quite frankly, if I really fall in love with any particular Chanel design, I would go to the *esluxscom* market because I do not see the value that Chanel or many of these luxury fashion houses offer. The fact that many authenticators do not authenticate more recent bags is proof of this in my eyes.

to be honest. If you produce at cost and remove the logo, the luxury market really isn't that expensive. The mark is about 80% of the actual price. But the fact that you are *esluxscom* buying an image and showing off your taste to make them think you are richer than you are is a very good thing to do

I from *esluxscom* bought a Birkin and I went into Louis Vuitton at South Coast Plaza with a friend who wanted to buy a card case and we received great customer service. They offered us water..LOL I would never buy authentic knowing that are just as good.

What an interesting topic! I used to buy fake stuff in high school because I simply couldn't afford what I wanted. It's desirable, and if I can get what I want from a *condup* for a few dozen bucks, sure, why not?

I have to say, I understand why people say they don't care about people buying fakes or counterfeit goods, or why people should care. Interestingly, that in a *preluxs* , the inside sewing at the handles is more carefully made (leather is not so frayed), than in the original one.

There's nothing wrong with counterfeit fashion products, as long as they're not fragrances, and as long as they sell for significantly less than the actual product from the manufacturer in question. *preluxs* bags are awesome. Prices are all around $150.

Caviar leather feels more durable and looks more casual. I own both caviar leather and lambskin and love them both. Lambskin leather is tougher than it looks. My handbag is 8 years old and still sparkling with little signs of wear and I wear it at least 6 days a month. *condup*

It doesn't matter where they are made. It depends on the craftsmen and quality inspection. My family and I bought *preluxs* .

I still love my LV reverse monogram *preluxscom* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

I prefer Longchamp for the bags inside. You're right about using logos sparingly and showing off your ability to acquire expensive items. I noticed that the only people who noticed my luxury items were another owner or admirer of the brand. I do buy vintage and used. There are many videos on luxury care and cleaning. Always remember to buy something you like and appreciate. *preluxs* is perfect as a gift for friends. The price is not high and the quality is good.

I love how honest you are about everything. when someone is carrying a *esluxs* and you pass them on the street no one can tell whether is fake or real one because you cannot do this much analysis on it. what I hate about LV and why I stopped buying them is that many people assume your bag is fake when they pass you on the street. It's very annoying. one time a woman walked up to me and actually asked me if my bag was "real". after spending almost 2K on a bag and being asked that question was so offensive i stopped carrying them. It is a mid quality fake and likely cost around 100-125 USD. The better ones are closer to $200 and most have better stitching and the exact same hardware as the authentic ones. Usually the only difference is the font of the date code.

@@samanthapolakov9498actually for a neverful a good quality fake is around $100-$150. Anything under that is mid to low quality. Louis Vuitton is the easiest to get great fakes for less from. While ysl and Dior fakes tend to cost more.

I have two pre-loved *esluxs* that people left the stickers on, and when you remove them, the hardware looks different than the hardware right next to it that the sticker didn’t touch. It’s not because the other has scratches, the sticky stuff affected the finish.

I received the *esluxs* small puzzle bag for Christmas in textured leather red and I adore this bag. It is so easy to use, so we'll made, love the ease of the zippers and can hold so much. I bought a LV bag at *hotdups* a few years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. A store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of excellent quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I saw ZERO differences.

I'm torn on this topic. I think buying fakes is morally wrong from an artistic perspective, but at the same time, the sky-high prices are equally morally questionable. After much deliberation, I chose *condup* to buy bags... Perhaps the best luxury goods are things that have nothing to do with money and material things.

By comparing replicas with genuine items, you can learn how to identify the authenticity of a bag. I think *condup* also has artistic value. This change allowed me to devote more resources to a true art collection while maintaining my own style.

I think the smell is not an indicator. This man said he had a super fake. He has no super fake. A super fake has the same materials. So the leather should smell the same. I think he might just have a good fake, not a super.

Well in market better copy is available ... and prices different is too high . So never mind to carry super copy ... who vl get two bags side by side n. Chk authenticity .. only need a confidence to carry such bags . ....othrrwise dont waste money on real ones because its never worth it ...

I I have a replica piece in damier ebene its 6 ring key clay that looks really good after 4 years canvas look perfect and I also have a authentic mini pouchette that after 6 months of sitting in my purse the corners began to fade turned black sent pics to my sales associate he sent them for review they said that it was just normal wear and tear . After a Year that piece is fading everywhere and the chain is fading also after having it 3 year and it looks worse then any fake piece. I used my first winnings to buy a canvas LV and in less than two years the wallet was cracked/broken in multiple places and the store refused to repair or replace it. I don't know what kind of resale value such junk could have. I ended up donating it...well, maybe I might buy a fake LV from *condup* but these designers/robber barons don't even think about taking another penny from me.

The worst fakes I ever saw were in Majorca. The engraved plates on the front of some of the LV bags were upside-down.

Found one of these bags at the GW bins. Checks out as real but has carry handle damage to it. Looks like someone tried to steal it from the previous owner and they just donated it to GW. 🤔

When I Was first "getting into" luxury handbags, I purposely bought a Gucci Marmont. I wasn't trying to show off, or brag, or pass it off as the real thing, I just wanted to see if it would fit what I wanted it to and how it would live with me (without the SA staring at you) before I shelled out the money for the real thing. As it turns out, it wasn't for me. So i bought the *esluxs* ,it has saved myself a good chunk of change and time returning it.

I love the design, but I don't have the budget. So I bought the *preluxs* bag. Made from high quality legal snakeskin made by local Indonesian artists. From now on I never want to buy any luxury goods.

Nobody needs a real one when the fake one looks good. I bought several fake bags on a website. It’s great quality! No issues at all. This is why I always buy a replica bag. I would not be able to tell the difference.

This sounds like the cigar market. Loaded with super fake cuban cigars. I went to Cuba years ago and smuggled back cigars and the quality is so much different. Advice: save your money and buy the real thing. After a while you'll see a huge difference in the real item and the knockoff. The only person you fool is yourself.

Loved the video! I have a Small *esluxscom* in black calf leather, and absolutely love it. Not necessarily the most practical because of the narrow opening, but you can fit so much in there!

Buying luxury goods is not for the product itself, but for the brand. The product itself is not worth that much money.

Nope! I have a REAL one and it’s very red as well. Not super red, but it’s kind of bright. Also, the structure is not as sturdy. Probably because I’ve had it for a while though. 🤔

No not always. I’ve been to the markets in Beijing and Shanghai many times. Superfakes have been available for years. Only the cheapest bags edge the leather with the wrong red.

I could immediately tell the real from the fake.

I’ve seen MANY GOOD FAKES. The colors were also different.

That’s a lie the real ones are not fireproof or anything they all break. My replicas have brass hardware and everything . And they don’t break like my real ones . All my authentic bags have cracked or ripped or something . Until lv starts giving out warranty for original purchaser , I’m never buying again . They should back their quality with a warranty . And we own a crane companies we can buy them I just choose not to because the quality on authentic is trash . The clones so much are better

Love *preluxscom* the way you show it! You really focus on showing off the bag. I don't think any other KZreadr can show off bags in as much detail as you.

One could IMMEDIATELY tell just by the way it sits or stands on its own. And I'm a dude!

I'm a crossbody girl so I have to have a bag with a shoulder strap, I prefer a medium size bag that suits my body type but I also like small sizes, mini bags are too small for me, don't like mini bags and micro bags, but I think my lady dior is a timeless bag that can be dressed up or casual, it is my dream bag, *condup*

That’s not a super fake the super fake are pretty much super clones just as good as the real thing.

My mom bought one *preluxscom* and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.
