Doesnt this also depend on the amount of rolls the user has? Because, they could have (this is unrealistic) 100m rolls and only have, lets say sovereign, opression, and gargantua; theyll be cooked for sure, but if we dont include the rolls, theyll be cooking Anyways, just letting you know that rolls also need to be included

yes it depends on rolls. i did based them on rolls as well. for example the guy with arch angel and another global is in F tier bc he has 11.4m rolls

you should take rolls into account, most of them didnt show the rolls, it's because you cant say someone with like archangel is "cooked"' even though they have like 200k rolls, just saying
