The Trexo Slider is a compact, motorized slider that could fit perfectly in a wedding filmmakers kit to shoot details, establishing shots, and a Timelapse or two but the question is "Should it?" and if so..."Why bother with a slider anyway?"
In the days before gimbals a slider was a MUST for wedding filmmakers but as gimbals and IBIS get better and better and cheaper and cheaper many filmmakers have abandoned the slider in favor of smaller kits and faster set up. In this review we explore wether or not an affordable and compact motorized slider can do enough to get guys to put our gimbals down and win back wedding filmmakers to the world of sliders.

A question, does the slider commands the camera for motion TL ? And for continues movements from point A to B, any indication of time (1',10', 30',...) ?

It’s a proprietary system made by Trexo… at least I think so. Not certain to be honest.

For this price, you are absolutely. better off getting the Edelkrone option. But why didn't you buy the edelkrone one (just like I didn't?)? Because it's SO expensive!
