I so badly wanted this video.....I literally see every beauty guru recommending to not use physical exfoliator ........but the problem every one needs to know that just by watching couple of youtube videos it's not easy to shift to chemical exfoliation.....the products might work differently for person to person....and it's better to consult a dermatologist for the same..... however physical exfoliation has been there around us since ages......I am so glad you clarified the doubt..... though we cannot deny the fact it is a little bit harsh on skin.....but there are mild scrub in the market.....I will definitely get my hands on atleast one product you have recommended....lots of love ❤

I recently filmed a video about chemical vrs physical exfoliation and I completely agree. Physical exfoliants arent AS bad as what people on the internet make them seem. So many amazing option like sugar scrubs and enzyme scrubs that are not too harsh and one can easily incorporate in one's routine!

I tried chemical exfoliation after your 101 video on it but somehow my skin kept breaking out inspite of trying it out for 5 ot 6 weeks...i eventually stopped and took breaks in between, i realized my skin would clear up the moment I stop.. May b i have hyper sensitive skin or i tried a wrong AHA toner...i did the dot and key one which you didn't recommend in another video. Please help if you have any suggestions for chemical exfoliation for very sensitive skin

As someone who's very oily and has had a long history with acne (not cystic) horrible acne marks ... The form of physical exfoliating that I took 6 years ago was using a very sheer muslin cloth and wetting my face beforehand, putting a decent amount of gel cleanser on it and gently massaging my face with it.... I keep it foamed and slippery enough so my skin doesn't actually move it's just the cloth doing the job on top layer of the skin. I use it on alternative days, it's literally the only thing that helped me get an even texture and remove the sunscreen and debris from the skin totally... Within two months of starting this routine my acne stopped appearing my skin got even texture, no bumps and also the marks started fading away faster... (I do have a very well skincare routine of almost 7 steps each night) ... Dry skin people shouldn't try it because I feel it might dry their skin too much but for oily people it's amazing... I suggested my friends and their skin is so much better... I have tried chemical exfoliating but I do use active elements in my routine like vitamin c and HA so I think chemical exfoliators make me a bit sensitive... But I'm gonna switch to chemical exfoliates as I age a bit more...
