Bought 2 Blissey tins opened one and sold other on my site. Date 2019 on back, mine had same as you. Girl gave me 3 stars(I'm 5☆ seller) saying I switched out packs because she thought cosmic too. Thank u for validation. I'm forwarding this video.

My local Dollar Tree sells booster packs for 5 bucks each I believe.

​@@angelrobles7197If it has D21 or D22 on the bottom there's a solid chance for Cosmic Eclipse. D23 and C23 are basically the lineup Rev got. Good luck!

Poke Rev with the poke balls, you can look at the bottom for a letter and number. That code will tell you what packs are in the ball.

That pokemon selection was insane at your DG. Mine hardly ever has anything pokemon. If it does, it's a random tin thrown in the wrong place lol

I purchased one of these pokeball tins from Family Dollar the other day, and got a hit in every pack. Nothing worth more than $2 though.

The fact that he could find these was amazing! Hooray!🎉

I drove to 8 different Dollar Generals in my area and only two had some of these. Unfortunately none of mine had Cosmic Eclipse :/

I agree the Pokémon cards back in the 90s looked and felt a little bit different than today to me the cards felt a little more cardboardey if that is a word at all.. But now they look kind of laminated I miss the old days where things were more simple :-)

I opened the mini tin the other day from DG and got a Lugia V alt art. Was shocked to say the least lol

We don't have dollar stores here but the selection is the same as the drugstores, which I frequent a lot for Pokémon cards. Their prices are ridiculous (worse than the dollar store!) but of ypu know how to use their coupons to your advantage, you can get great deals on products that have SOLID pack lineups. You did pretty good this rip, Nick! Keep that luck rolling towards Christmas. Congrats on the 4 year anniversary!!! That's a major milestone, bro! You've come a long way, man.

That was a security seal actually! You will see them rub that seal on a surface by the check out counter to deactivate it or something. I’ve seen it on other products too.

Walgreen tins near me had Evolving Skies, Fusion Strike and Brilliant Stars.

Great video! Also really liked the bosses orders card, nice artwork and good condition.

I opened a cosmic eclipse in 2019 on a whim. Kept the wrapper at least. 2 years later I got back into collecting, in part cos of you!

There was actually a pokemon advertisement before the video lol, Nice tins are they !

i still remember buying jungle and gym heros at my local dollar-store as a kid. Never forget that.... still remember the packs set up at the front counter in a snack display case boxes from base to bs2, fossil and jungle plus rocket

the variety of places you could find products and the random things you can get is very cool

I picked up a Blissey tin today at DG, and it had one Lost Origin and 2 Darkness Ablaze packs inside.

That were some reasonably old packs in there. Not the ones you wanted, but still almost 4 years old for the base packs. It is interesting that you can still find those tins around

I just found some cosmic eclipse at a local dollar store. They are truly hidden gems. And way to go starting off strong with the Pokeball tin! Always nice when risking it pays off!

I just bought 2 packs of the 10 tin set so I got 40 packs for $170 is that a good price for that? I pulled many awesome cards but I feel like I lost some money.

I've heard stories about people finding some crazy stuff at dollar general. I travel a lot and they had cards at a loves truck stop lol

The 1st run (Sept-Oct?) of these 3pk tins had the cosmic in them (bought several, opened one to confirm CE) but once the DG sold out and the new stock of tins came in, they now had the rebel clash in them (bought one of new stock to confirm=RC). Also, never trust the date on tins as pokemon seems to not care about placing a code on these og tins that lets you know what one can get. Reason I wont buy tins unless I know that there was only a single run etcetc.

This is awesome I never see product at dollar stores these days, but maybe the general in just in the poke-loop. Nice finds.

We've had strong bonds tins here for months now. There were only 7 tins with cosmic eclipse, lost origin and sword and shield base set. The other 40 tins had rebel clash instead of cosmic eclipse.

I bought these dollar general tins back in 2021 when they had evolution packs in them, got the holo Charizard out of it too!

The tins are either cosmic or rebel clash. I opened them thinking that they were left behind from years ago and got rebel clash as well.

It is interesting to see these slightly older tins, but it is nice seeing you show them off as you never know what you will find in dollar stores.

Haven’t checked the dollar stores in a while, I used to raid them all the time. Need to go check them out again.

Found a LOAD of Burning Shadows booster packs at my local Dollar General... definitely gonna check other Dollar (Insert name) stores.

They had those tins at Walmart in Canada and some had eclipse. No luck for me though.

Nice to see some of the earlier SwSh sets, so these tins would be cool to pick up once or twice

Funny enough Family Dollar and Dollar Tree are two sides of the same Coin. There's a Office building near Mansfield Ohio on I-71.

These seem like cool products for a Dollar General to carry in general (no pun intended)! I have to make sure to check out my local store sometime.

Can't wait for you to open the new set soon! yes, that is a security sticker. it deters theft when it is not de-sensitized, the sensors at the door will go off as you try to exit the store. haha, funny when we mess up the pack trick due to switching back and forth between swsh and sv sets.

Look for anything beside d23 under the pokeball. Anything with hb20 or d21 you got yourself cosmic eclipse.

In the Netherlands, cosmic eclipse packs were in tins sold at a pharmacist and everyone went CRAZY
