agreed, i guess it only works for cd and mob fame if you are a pve guy
why upgrade IP on weapon? doesnt it just decieve enimies by how strong you really are

Wym? It does decive enemys by how strong you rly are but higher ip on weapon means more damage or heals if you playing healer

IP is the overall calculation of the items stats Higher IP higher stats for the weapon
