I am a software engineer at one of the private German mnc , let me tell you something in my company there is no Boss system(strong hierarchy type system),no one is allowed to shout on anyone plus taking leaves are very flexible and the best part my senior( not boss) calls after calls me but not for work but for beer 😁😁

Always husbands are seen wrong.. Nobody appreciates their part in one's life..

In every professional company the HR department keep a record of birthdays and anniversaries of Self and Nuclear Family members... if not birthdays then atleast Anniversaries should be given as an off by the company .... the person gives the company devoted 365 days i guess one day of the year wont harm an organization’s profitability.....

Well bosses think that they will get ruined if given leave.... if the person is so indespensible that a day cannot be spared for him it will only make the employee motivated and devoted to the organization thus reward him/ her not punish him/her and be sadistic....
