10" (25 centimeters) is highly unusual, no matter the race. Asian women are able to handle as much "size" as white women, and in both cases, most women cannot handle 10" fully without serious prep time and arousal. Girth is seldom the problem. Length, beyond 8" is usually going to be the source of the problem. That being said, even among black men, 10" would represent under 1% of the population, with the majority being in the 5"-7" range, which Asian women should be able to handle without much trouble. A good friend of mine is 9 1/4" (23 centimeters) long, and he has had no trouble with women of any race because he always starts with them on top until they are comfortable. Even after sufficient prepping, about a third to a half cannot accommodate his entire length, but half to two thirds can.

Marsel, foreigners talking about sexual topics in public with young girls crosses the line for many Filipinos. A parent or barangay captain could file a complaint. This could lead to big problems. Please consider the risk a foreigner has in a conservative and religious county doing this type of thing. Research it if you don't believe me. Filipino bloggers themselves probably can have more leeway, that's just the way it is, but they can also do things like complain about governmental politics that wouldn't be a good idea for foreigners.
