Are Denoisers Viable for Animations PT. 1

Denoising has been around for some time now, but are denoisers actually viable for animations. Results can vary drastically in usability between denoising algorithms. Lets take a look at what denoisers are viable in which situations.

    I really appreciate that you made this video, but the video compression kind of makes the comparison stuff moot.

    You know. I didnt even think about that. I will have to take that into consideration if I do further comparisons. The more complex the scene the higher likelihood of more noticeable differences that compression hopefully wouldn't wipe out

    I am just thankful for Arnold's Noice denoiser which works perfectly for animations.

    Optix isnt for animations since it evaluates it frame by frame. this produces flickering in animations
