I had a 8 hour drive through Ontario north to south, and I saw people on over passes with flag's already protesting Trudeau, I really feel like we have never been so close to mass unrest.

The housing crisis is also because of foreign investors coming in and buying houses, 1/5th of all houses across almost the entirety of Canada are owned by investors who are not using them. 1/5th of houses are not up for sale, and they are used only as speculative assets, it's a house, so this doesn't count as the house being used.

I truly wish I would wake up one morning and read the news that Canada has had it's first assignation!

I’m not there and I’m not saying I know anything but from talking to everyone I know yes it’ll take a small group to start a big problem. People are afraid and once they have nothing left that fear will subside but the anger won’t. I worry about my friends safety, this is not our Canada we did not grow up and were not raised to be like this. Something is off in the country.

I left Canada after serving in the army for 27 years. Cant afford to live comfortably on my modest pension so I went to the Philippines. Love it. Canada is history for me. Such a depressing mess for the working class.

Average house is 7X average house hold income. That is unsustainable. Historical average is around 3X. Thanks to Artificial Low interest rate.

Living in British Columbia is terribly upsetting. Working harder and not being able to survive in one of the world's richest countries. I can see that the unrest in Canada will be of epic proportions. A very large number of people have lost everything.... and not just material as well as their jobs, careers, marriages, families and lives unfortunately. All this during pre, during and post Wahun virus. I'm worried how much worst it can get. God Bless us All ✝️

I work with a girl who came here from Britain to explore and experience the natural beauty of Canada. So far all she can do is work as many jobs as possible to afford to stay here and has already warned her friends who wanted to join her that it is a terrible idea...

Second of all, it is one of the most expensive places on the planet. Even more than Canada, so nobody coming to Canada from the UK would be shocked at the prices.

It's become an absolute hellish nightmare unlike anything we've ever seen before, all thanks to the extremely corrupt crime minister and his cohorts, the cost of housing has driven way too many into poverty and homelessness, and the unemployment rate is also skyrocketing along with severe inflation and excess taxation, many are actually fleeing the country due to very poor economic conditions and lack of security
