I know not to completely trust Booktok recommendations yet I’m constantly getting sucked back in and end buying so many books

@@oatraa ahah my local library is always out of all of the books! Even audiobooks, it’s like booked out for weeks even months sometimes

Confession: I prefer this channel than your main channel!!! Maybe I’m just not a drama-y person (obviously to an extent everyone is) but I had a good run with that and now this is go-to feel good channel!

unpopular opinion: i DO NOT like emily henry books AT ALL. i’ve read all her books cause i really wanted to give her a fair chance but they just got worse for me (in publication order). i felt like they all had really boring storylines and the characters (and side characters) were annoying as hell😬😬😬

This week I decided to read "Icebreaker" after seeing a bunch of comments on tiktok under a ice-skating video. I actually don't get a lot of booktok on my fyp so this is the 1st book that I read because of booktok. And I don't like it at all :)))) dnf at about 30%? I'll stick to booktuber recommendations lol!
