I agree. Link building might seem outdated, but high-quality backlinks from relevant sites still influence SEO. It might not be the sole ranking factor anymore, but it definitely plays a role.

Ok. So what would you recommend for a professional photographer who photographs people across ALL industries? Politicians, doctors, lawyers, ceos, I don’t have any way of adding links in my niche because my clients are all over the place. Where would I need to look to get RELEVANT links ?

But you run an agency, of course you and the tools and organizations that make money from the back link industry will try to prove it works. What about the endless amount affiliate and content sites that are ahrefs DR 70 and 80 that are absolutely destroyed because they aren’t a real business, or they don’t have a product or service, and were penalized by google in HCU with no sign of recovery? Maybe the truth is to have a real company or business? Because google pretends webmasters need to improve the helpfulness of their content site-wide, but even when they make the content helpful they will still be destroyed if they’re not a business or some type

I have zero interest in writing blog posts for other people.
