Digitization of land records countrywide was initiated to improve efficiency, reduce corruption and deal with rampant cases of missing files at Ardhi House. But here on KTN News we are laying bare official corruption at the Ministry of Lands. Tonight we blow the cover on a sophisticated land theft that has its roots inside Kenya's highest lands office.
In worrying revelations; our crime and investigations unit can now report that the move to digitize land records only opened up even more serious loopholes for cartels than ever before. Our crime desk reporter Brian Obuya reports on a multimillion land cartel that believes to be untouchable. Ardhi House knows; indeed it does.

Lands ministry has categorically refused to allow complete conversion of manual into digital registration system.
Kenya has to somehow devalue land to stop this obsession with empty plots of lands. How can someone buy land with the sole intention of getting a loan on it?
Some people will a ahave curse generation imagine removing someone removing a family rendering them homeless.

The buyer should just file a case and sue Ardhi house. Get compensated for all the lose.

Why don't they check city records. The lawyers and the city must have been in on this scam. How was he able to change numbers on the land plot & down at the city records?

I think ardhi house still remains one of the most corrupt offices in the land. Why the systems are not fully digitized 10 years after Jubilee took power passes my understanding. Watu wanapotza mashamba. We need a Matiangi in the Ministry of Lands.
