I found this application method always gave me a slight gap between each half of the cut lash strip so the lashes sort of looked split in two on my eye (slightly noticeable but enough to annoy me. It kind of looks like \\\/// if that makes sense). I’ve found it easier to only cut the bottom lash strip so the top looks like one continuous lash.

Put some mascara on your natural lashes first to they have something to hold on to, worked for me.

I can't get these to work at all

I was confused what she was saying to do. Was she saying still put both on as normal, 2, 1/2's on top & bottom and putting them on as 4 pieces instead of 2 make that not happen. Sorry.

Yes, cut both tops and bottoms in half then put them on in section outer top and bottom and then inner most top and bottom so it mimics the natural curve of your eyes without being so stiff that the corners won't lay down as that is the main problem most people were having with these lashes.

They don't come in brown at the moment I'm afraid! You can purchase Ardell wispies and demi wispies that require adhesive in brown falseeyelashes.co.uk/products/ardell-invisiband-lashes-brown-wispies
