I think the one who is totally wrong is you. It is possible that in the Roman army that invaded Britain in the year 46 there were some non-Caucasian soldiers (few in any case), but in those that invaded Hispania in the 3rd century BC. I doubt there were any. They would be mostly of Italian or Hispanic origin, that is, very similar to those you can see in the parade. Three centuries later, Hispania is a pacified area that would be the origin of legionnaires but not the destination, so it is unlikely that there were some with a different racial appearance from those in the parade. The only thing inappropriate seems age. There were veterans in the legions but after 25 years of service (around 45 years) they were retired. In the parade, most of them seem to be over that age.

@@faloaba That's is where the lie keeps on growing there were a lot of Black Soldiers in the Roman Army. We know that the tactical reason why Roman Soldiers from Carthage were brought in was because of the City Of Carthage which was heavily fortified even before The Romans sacked it three times. They were known for building fortified cities and the only way just in case they met such cities in Britannia was to use the Catapult and the African Elephants which the Romans knew was used by the African General Hannibal in 200 B.C . We know barbarians of Europe had never encountered African Elephants and by that time on the African Continent there were thousands of African Elephants in Cyrenaica(The region of Carthage) in North Africa. We also know that in 43 A.D under Claudius the Romans brought in Elephants in their invasion Of Britain. Infact The Roman Philosopher Pliny The Younger mentioned this at the time of the Invasion. Also Prof Mary Beard a renowned Classicist from Cambridge University mentioned that during the 2nd Invasion Of Britannia it was multi-cultural. Why? By then the Empire was firmly united under Claudius and the former armies of Pompeii and Julius Gaius Caeser, who many of whom came from Aegyptus, Carthage,Mauretania(Ancient Morocco and Algeria) right up to Rome's Southern part of The Empire near present day North Sudan came under the Emperorship Of Claudius and came to destroy the barbarian of Ancient Britannia at the time.

@@andrewinstre No one will dispute that Hannibal used elephants against Rome or that Claudius' legions led them in the invasion of Britain. But, the parade in Lugo is neither "totally inaccurate!", as you have called it, nor even "something inaccurate". I'm afraid that the Roman legionnaires who walked under that wall almost 2,000 years ago looked more like the parade than the multiracial accompanied by elephants that you propose. To be true to history, we have to remember that the Roman army destroyed and enslaved its neighbors using the terror of crucifixion to maintain control. And it was Rome's northern Germanic neighbors who, after adopting Christianity. also adopted the title of the "Holy Roman Empire" and became the dominant force in Europe with little relationship to Rome.
