Starts right up so don't think it's compression I think maybe really bad valve seals

How do I check to see if it's the valve seals?

Try taking the valve cover off and looking in between the valves to see if they are cracked up or missing maybe even try a leak down test ​@gatormonkey

White smoke could be coolant mixing with oil. Check head gasket. If it keeps smoking give it some nicorette.

It’s air cooled I forgot to mention it in the video should I put the gum or the patch on the head gasket

I would have gone with the gum. It would blow bubbles at the leak 😂
