    It's pure insanity to imagine that they are capable, and also have the ability to top their last album!!! Good grief, the controlled chaos of their material is sometimes so overwhelming!! Dont get me wrong there when I say that. I'm definitely meaning that in the best possible way. I dont like a lot of newer bands these days.....yes, I'm an older picky ass metal head, that normally doesn't venture far from what I like. These guys are amazing at doing what they do, and are second to none!!! Smooth, tightly controlled, brutal chaos!!!! That's exactly how I would describe them!!!

    That’s actually a pretty good analogy. It has definitely taken me time to acclimate to this kind of music, but now that I have, I can’t get enough of it. Though, unlike spicy food, this doesn’t burn my ass a few hours after listening to it, which is always nice.

    When a band takes a few years between albums they tend to come back with something good, where as when bands are on yearly album release record contracts is when the creativity runs out and even good bands release mediocre/repetitive albums

    just discovered this band last night and i'm obsessed. the speed is so impressive but that's not even what gets me. it's incredibly well-written metal. they use their talents not to do cheap tricks but to write killer music that's fun to listen to, melodic, thoughtful. haven't heard a band that changed my outlook like this in a long time.

    I'm still amazed at the fact that he's able to perfectly enunciate every syllable in every word at that speed and not trip over himself, and you can slow it down and he doesn't miss a single word. Like. What.

    listening to Archspire is like watching some really intense footrace where they all chase so close to one another that when one takes the lead for a second the others notice and blast past and then it repeats.

    I finally thought my brain was starting to be able to catch up to the vocals lol like hey I might be able to scream along to this, until 1:10 in when he says, "Nothing Ever Written Could Define The Hell to Follow". Now that I've been put back in my place I can go back to relistening with pure shock and awe for the second of probably 100 more times.

    I believe that there is nothing more beautiful than the riff at 2.14. It makes me want to run, fly, scream, close my eyes and raise my hands. I am 50 years old and these emotions are truly the most beautiful thing in the world.

    Damn I really love this song. I get some serious A Dark Horizontal vibes from it. Really good. The second half of the song is nothing short of amazing. That clean part, followed by some of the most intense stuff you guys ever made has been stuck in my head for the last week now. Thank you for that. I can't wait for the album. Archspire has become one of my favorite bands now. You guys are gold.

    That drum part that starts at 2:35 is so fucking good. The way the snare is ghosting the blast beat over the bass drum gives it such a good feel. I don't think I've ever heard anyone do that before.

    You guys have seriously impressed me more and more with every new song. I’ve been a huge fan since Lucid Collective and I gotta say this album will easily be my favorite of 2021. I remember thinking way back before even hearing about Archspire "I wonder if their will ever be a band that has super fast shot gun vocals like tech nine one day" and right after that I found this band.     it's been a rough couple of years, these last two, and i mean for everyone not just myself; but i had been feeling kind of disconnected from music in a way that was new and troubling, like i just ... didn't have the ability to love it like i used to love it. especially metal, for some reason. i don't know why or how, but this song has, at least for the present moment, completely cured whatever mental block i was suffering, because it reminded me immediately and viscerally of why i love metal so much. thanks guys.
