hi James, this is a great video tutorial. Thanks a lot, it's very helpful. But, I couldn't found the "cross-Section Size" in my menu beam tool. Could You show me, where can I turn it on? or where can I found the option 'Cross-Section Size'? by the way, I'm using Archicad 22. Have a great Day!

The upgraded Beam/Column Tools was in Archicad 23 ;) and thanks for the comment.

Hey James, Thank you very much for another great video! It's really really helpful for me! Could you maybe do me one favour? Can you please show how to add a (in autocad it's called "visibility state") function where you can show or hide the railing? Would be great! Cheers, Martin

Hi Martin, thanks for the comment. I'd probably model the "railing" separate in this case, and use layers to hide it. Or set the Profile component as "finish" and the ramp as "core" then use Partial Structure Display to show Core only.

@@JamesBadcock Cool! Thank you! I'll try that! :) I'm just thinking: Is there also a way to show or hide the left or right railing separately? I mean integrated in the complex profile? (And not with 2 separate layers...?)

Thank you, this is a great tutorial. Maybe it's a bit long and some steps could have been shorted, because they're repetitive. Also your voice is a bit low from time to time. Sometimes it's hard to understand clearly what you're saying at the end of a sentence.
