Using element id manager to label can be a lot less time consuming, select your windows/doors in sequential order then document> listing extras>element ID...this will allow you to set all the info you have shown. rather than manually labeling each window/door. it can be used for all objects in archicad that may require number scheduling. I have used this on large projects like Airports, Commercial & large scale residential
