Arches National Park - Scenic Drive 4K HDR - Utah USA

Driving from Downtown Moab Utah into Arches National Park. Good to visit my favorite national park once again!
Route: maps.app.goo.gl/SgGbYXDEF2ugA... .
Arches National Park is a national park in eastern Utah, United States. The park is adjacent to the Colorado River, 4 miles (6 km) north of Moab, Utah. More than 2,000 natural sandstone arches are located in the park, including the well-known Delicate Arch, as well as a variety of unique geological resources and formations. The park contains the highest density of natural arches in the world.
The park consists of 76,679 acres (119.811 sq mi; 31,031 ha; 310.31 km2) of high desert located on the Colorado Plateau. The highest elevation in the park is 5,653 feet (1,723 m) at Elephant Butte, and the lowest elevation is 4,085 feet (1,245 m) at the visitor center. The park receives an average of less than 10 inches (250 mm) of rain annually.
Administered by the National Park Service, the area was originally named a national monument on April 12, 1929, and was redesignated as a national park on November 12, 1971. The park received more than 1.6 million visitors in 2018.

The increase in traffic is very unsettling. Who are these revenge travelers? When I did this trip twice years ago, we were usually the only ones on the road. We were the only two people in Monument Valley aside from the Navajo at the park entrance. It looks a caravan of cars. America is becoming a cess pool😢

I generally love your videos, which is why I subscribed, and I absolutely love Arches National Park. I've been there twice and want to go back there again! But there is something off with this particular video. At first I thought it was due to the cloudy day, or perhaps the time of year (winter?), but even when the sun is obviously out, this video fails to capture the breathtaking brilliance and dynamic colors of this park. It looks strangely subdued and somewhat monochromatic compared to other videos and my own naked eye experience. The same is true for your Canyonlands and Capitol Reef videos. Only at the very end of this one - around 1:30 - do the colors finally begin to emerge. Not sure if your camera is just not capturing the scenery accurately or not, but honestly, I would not show this video to someone contemplating visiting Arches National Park because even though it is scenic, it doesn't look like a place I'd want to go out of my way to visit, and I know from personal experience that's not true. Other travel videos depict the park more realistically, but for some reason this one doesn't. You might want to consider checking your cam's settings and making some adjustments.

thanks dave. when i uploaded i knew it wasn't ideal yeah theres a few things going on with this video. mostly camera settings andt ime of day. filming videos on the road is always a challenge, sometimes the timing works out, other times not. thanks for the feedback. w ill keep on working at it. ive got a good bit of experience but still a lot to learn. i do enjoy it very much.
