Awesome guide, but don't you think you should use insightful lunafrost on the helmet which would decrease you cast time further. Rather then what you are using?

Hey Traplord, i wanted to play spellsinger when this game came out but stopped because it wasn't doable at 50 i'm doing fairly okay with hitting arc lightnings and nodachi>songs>gods whip etc but i do struggle a lot in open world small skirmishes. i get focused a lot and die in 2 hits (as expected ofcourse) quite a lot of abolishers and darkrunners on my server so it's hard for me to duel them how do you defend yourself from unexpected ganks or people with auramancy? Regards

Bart Lalleman Hm It is tough to stay alive some things you can do Is using your stealth before doing your 1 hit combos so they can't react another thing that is really helpful are using the sloth backdrop or ezi's immunity if you can afford it because you pretty much blow them up and are 80 meters away from them. Other things are making sure your insulating lens is up and making sure you're positioned near healers or tanks so they can peel for you.

Can you explain to me, why is it better the staff combo effect, charming a target straight away than stunning and then charming them?

abraham medina Because people who use auramancy can shrug it off and the charm wont apply as well when you cast it it instantly charms them so you can almost instantly fear them also when 2.0 comes out witchcraft doesn't give fear immunity so you can fear them as well very fast

Does this build stay the same? Because with the latest patch, mana flurry decreases your physical defense... You don't have to feel the need to make a new video about this but could you link a slightly updated build? Loved the video I just switched to spellsinger and so far I am lovin' it :D + you earned a new sub

ever considered mystic gloves for flamebolt dmg? since its basically ur bread n butter

efyl4raebeoj Yeah i was using those gloves but switched to the obsidian ones because the 9% is insane but the mystic gloves are still really good

im lvl 54 daggerspell with songcraft at 50 already.i plan to hit 55 this weekend and will be switching back and forth to spellsinger. I was originally planing on goin v1 t4 staff because it seemed best overall for both classes. you have the v2 t4 staff and was wondering if its really that good for spellsingers?

bk201 You can buy the honor's frenzied nodachi from a weapon merchant in any main city and then you can buy 10x Blood Archeum Crystals from a General mercheant then craft it into a Honor's Mighty Frienzed Nodachi at an Anvil

Péter Máté Bognár Hey man, this game can feel paytowin a lot though it's fairly easy to gear up. The best thing you can do is to focus on joining a guild that runs serp so you can get a serp cloth set and you can also focus on saving money towards either getting a delph staff or Oby one and spend any money you earn after that on regrading your gear

None of this happen on arena. People come out of my freezes before I have time to cast anything with cast time.

Cool video man, keep the good work. Tho I've got question do you have any tactic for darkrunner? Better ones can avoid my overhelm I mean that they use dropback or use leach or even overhelm me faster then i do, and I cant find any solution for this. :c Maybe I shouldn't duel one of the better on my server...

MrGrillu To be honest you shouldn't 1v1 a darkrunner because they can break most your cc and and you can't break theirs but you can try stealth and burst them before they get to you you can also try stalkers mark overwhelm

TrapLord You didnt say anything about freezing earth + freezing arrow combo (with instant cast from fridig steps), You can do just the same as with frigid steps tho they cant shrug it off.

What is your opinion on using a shield & a 1-hander?

emaxiest Obsidian staff is really good and is a good weapon to start off because it's easy to upgrade at lower tiers

The Minstrel's Friend (staff) seem to got a hard nerf, is it still viable or is it better to take Fallen Prophet?

TrapLord Ok so tried the 1v1 build and man i suck with having even more extra active abilities i can't handle it without a gaming mouse lol i really tried and im just like i cant do it, i do ok with the open world build but i still get rekt, also im doing obsidian katana so i dont have the magic attack like you. I love the class in open world i really do but sometimes i do 1s to farm some honor and yea lol again thank you for this guide and i love it. Btw why magic attack on bow and flute and not cast time or magic defense pen?

krazypunk1018 Yeah spellsinger really isn't the best class for 1v1 the other thing you can try do is bursting them before they get to you. To win in 1v1 you really just have to practice and having 600+ magic attack reall helps. Just stick to it and you will get a lot better. Also you already have a lot of decreased cast time and the magic pen isn't really huge compared to flat magic attack, hopefully this helped if you have any other questions just post here again

Well getting 600+ will be a little tough but I'll definitely try to get there, Right now my magic attack is 558 but only have a t4 celestial katana going to try for divine with the no break charm. Looks like I need to gem magic skill dmg on everything to get it a little higher lol maybe try dual wielding with v2 t4 dagger but getting there will be fun lol

krazypunk1018 558 is still really good and your weapon is really decent, and like you said the t4 dagger is really good, your gear seems fairly decent just slowly work towards better gear!

Eduardo Villalta Yeah I change to the frenzied nodachi activate it for 25% extra damage and when I'm casting the meteor I switch back to my main weapon

Well did trickster and seemed fun but i did like spellsinger burst. So thought about, and thought can i do a spellsinger with archery and make it like a spellsinger type thing. Dont know if it is any good, but my concussive arrow does 7k-14k damage depending on crit and opponents with plate. Currently using a epherium rare bow un-gemmed, what do you think? I just changed the sorcery for archery and respected the skills to compliment a massive archery and stacking 6 buffs to make the damage 4-5 times higher for 10 seconds tops. Uses basically the same methods you do but boosting archery :) Stalkers Class is called a ebonsong and it is pretty fun but has same issues as a spellsinger.
