It's also interesting to learn that the Diary of St Faustina was "put on hold" until Saint JohnPaul2 canonised St.Faustina early this century, and now many Catholics have access to her diary. What was the excuse for its suppression? I wish I knew, but I suspect the evil one's envy had something to do with it. God bless BFS.

Archbishop Sheen was a gift from God . He was a gifted orator and wrote lectures that will be part of classical religious teaching . He saw todays problems on the horizon fifty years ago. Right now, in 2023, we could use another archbishop Fulton Sheen in our Catholic leadership. I agree that the Catholic Church revise the search for archbishop Fulton Sheen’s canonization .

At 52yo, I recently returned to Catholic Church and TLM after more than 30 years. 1: Because a school mate I hadn’t seen since teenage years (35years ago) came to me in 2020. Told me his story and to return to Christ as well as some info to help. 2: In 2022, Bishop Fulton-Sheen videos appeared without suggestion on my KZread feed (and they haven’t left since!). 3: I awakened (not woke) to the gutter filth running this world, and their evil doings. This forced me to see my own wrongdoings and repent and return. I recently went to my first confession and expected lightning bolts to strike me and serve myself 100 lashes! But my Father saw me coming and ran out to greet me in the field and embrace me! I was absolutely humbled by the welcome back! And what I know now, means I can never return to worldliness. I’m clumsy and regularly fall. But now I just reach out and he grabs my hand and helps me up to keep forging on! Special mention to the Virgin Mary also. But that’s another story of it’s own 🙏😊

He is definitely a Saint, I have been listening to him for years, some talks I listen to over and over, both becasue they touch me so and I learn so much. I have even listened to him going to sleep because his voice is so passionate and falling to sleep thinking of Christ and hearing the love for Him in Bishop Sheens voice is so beautiful.

As a young child I recall seeing books authored by Bishop Fulton Sheen in my home....My father who has gone on to be with the Lord is responsible for introducing me to the writings of Bishop Sheen....I vow to finish Life of Christ❤

I am so in awe of how Bishop Sheen was able to describe the events comming upon us then, 60 years ago. I do not pretend to know if he is a Saint or not but he was entirely a man of deep faith and protector of Christ's Church (a good sheperd). Listening to this recording, it is virtually inescapable to recognize who he is describing. Padre Pio spoke of coming apostasy, too. Lord have mercy on us. 😢 Jesus, Mary, and Joseph pray for us!

I love listening to Bishop Sheen. We do not have many Bishop's or priests like him. He was very wise. And ahead of his time. He was for sure in my opinion God's Messenger. He warns a lot and we are now living many things he talked about ..

I would say though on our knees we should be, in fervent prayer to the Father, as we were tough by the Lord Jesus himself. Never forgetting, WHAT SO EVER WE ASK IN HIS NAME IT SHALL BE DONE. AMEN. Thank you so much. I have not heard this man of God speak since I was a child 60 years ago. I never knew how prophetic he was then. Obviously a 10 year old boy could not understand concepts such as "They think one day Men can become God themselves" Well here we are 60 years later, we have WEF, Trans-humanism, UPLOADING our Consciousness into computer so we can live forever ETC, ETC. etc. I also watched your previous video where Bishop Sheen, discussed Patriotism. I was shocked and happily so. He reinforced the idea that our right s come ONLY from GOD. We dumb Americans took that for granted 50 years ago and thought we were special, invulnerable to persecution and horrors that happened in other nation. We stupidly believed "That can never happen here" I nearly fell out of my chair when he said "Surely our right don not come from the Federal Government, they would take them as they take everything else from us" Well it has, I'm sure you are all aware the FBI has degenerated into nothing more than an American Gestapo. I'm sure you all heard the FBI has placed Catholics that prefer a Latin Mass on a terrorist watch list. The same list that has also been expanded to include Parents that object to Obese Men with a beard and a green wig, being brought into their 10 year old child's classroom, telling the children he is a woman and telling the boys they can also be a woman if they wish. These decent parents, many of whom are of all faiths as well as agnostic, are placed on a terror watch list for simply wanting to protect their own children from filth & degenerates. I confess that I am a "Cradle Catholic". I am struggling to come back, and this is helping.

He should have been a Saint by now, because he was and always will be one of the best I have listened to. He is marvellous. .... he cited a quotation from 1842, saying it was 105 years ago.... which means this recording is from 1947.... amazingly prophetic !!!

It is now over 70 years since he spoke. I, too, used to listen to Bishop Sheen when I was young. In my opinion, he is a Saint!

1947 was also the year the Jews got their homeland back.......the generation born then will see the end-times

Only if they are deaf, as sadly, many are.

Broadcast in 1947 and talking about what is happening today. Bishop Sheen was mot certainly a prophet.

This speech is incredibly prophetic and relevant.

As a child I loved watching his show. Very wise counsel which is as true today as then. Sad to see his prophecies coming to pass though.
