Try to fill the vacant sees from the good priests and those from the religious orders. It's not good to see diocese without shepherds especially when there are many good men to helm them. Now there are 8 vacant sees - Baguio, Balanga, Catarman, Gumaca, Ipil, Pagadian, San Pablo and Tarlac.
