I am very glad to know that you like the video. I have a vide of Knossos too. In my videos of Crete, I visited other historical sites. To me Akrotiri is very similar to Knossos and you can find my video in my channel. Those places are fascinating.😃

I 've been in the Heraklion museum 4 times, I swallowed every single Minoan craft with my eyes. I m always ready to watch the specimens in every youtube clip, but I couldn't fathom that music, by itself, could crack me this way: even if the pictures are beautiful I m compelled to stop watching your video! So-s0-so wrong, even if I don't know why.

I loved the museum and Knossos very much and I would like to go back with Santorini. I like Akrotiri and archaeological museum in Thera. Could you view the video with your favorite music with muting serenade?

But not the German music so favorite by Nazis after the WWII and what Germany, in the name of EU did to Grece a few years ago

The german kind of music was inappropriate for those marvels of grace and elegance. I warship this pottery since I was at max 6 years old, this is why I m so sensible about any kind of commentary about it: spoken, written, or musical. Be a dear and change the music track, which reminds me of nazis looting treasures all around Europe (India and Nepal) Don't care if the music was made by Japanese or Australians, it simply sounds very wrong!

I am sorry to hear that you don't like Mozart serenade. I love Mozart music and I don't have any Greek music. I asked Greek music to my Greek friend.

I understand your point about the XVIII century music not fitting the images which are representing Minoan artifacts, however I do not understand what Mozart has to do with german Nazis. First of all, he was a native of Salzburg, Austria and not Germany, second he was a light years’ distance of all the brutality of WW2. I could have understood your point if the author of the video put Wagner, but Mozart?? Mozart is representing one of the most humanistic view of the world, we should not categorise the world by nationalities, such music represents the very fitnesse of human intellect and craftsmanship. That means that you will not listen to Wagner, Beethoven or Bach just because they are German? You will not marvel at Caspar David Friedrich’s painings just because he was unfortunate enough to be born on german soil? It’s ridiculous! I am Polish by the way :)

You don’t have to be sorry for your videos to some nitpicky viewers, this is your video and you can put whatever you want :) Nowadays people are oversensitive but this is an example of a germanophobia that I cannot comprehend, since Mozart, a Man living in 18th century Austria, has nothing to do with WW2 Nazis. It is ridiculous! I appreciate your choice of music, I am a classical music lover myself:) I do however agree that maybe Greek music would be even more fitting. I know some interesting artists that I could recommend like Daemonia Nymphe, a greek band that reconstructs ancient greek music with modern elements, very exciting! Also there is a great Cretan artist and singer Psarantonis who plays the cretan lyra. Take care and keep up good work! Best regards from Cracow, Poland :)

Also I find it so funny that you say that politics ruin everything but you are the one keeping mentioning this all the time :) There will never be peace in the world if we continue to do that. I don’t want to drag this conversation further because it has no sense whatsoever, but just to pinpoint, all it comes from a person with an Italian name and as we all know Italy was Nazi Germany’s best friend:)) Its a double edged sword you are using.
