ArcGIS Urban: An Introduction

Around the world, organizations use GIS to visualize the built environment, make smarter plans, engage stakeholders, and foster vibrant communities. Government leaders, partners, and citizens increasingly expect engaging online maps of their community that convey planning information in an easy-to-understand way. This session will provide an overview of ArcGIS Urban, an upcoming initiative to transform how we orchestrate city development through web-based and desktop tools to make planning more creative and more productive.

ArcGIS Urban looks amazing for municipal/community planning of topics including affordable housing, single family zones, multi family zones, parking (on and offstreet?) including redevelopment. I hope to see more videos on Urban soon.
Great Product for Planners !
This is absolutely interesting. i am doing a small part like what it shown in ArcGIS Urban for my thesis, manually. The research area is the largest Metropolitan in Southeast Asia. It is Jakarta, Indonesia. Hopefully Indonesia will have a complete data. Otherwise, the planning and its scenario will be very difficult and insignificant.
