I feel like rhythm gamers (Especially mobile) are not that common in our society, so seeing someone reach the point where they can show it off in public makes me happy. Also Overwhelm PM live. That's insane.

True everytime mentioning rhythm game in public or even in talent show not much ppl actually acknowledge how hard it is to actually play the game and how time consuming it was to get good at the game especially if someone is new to rhythm games. Most of my friend that doesnt play rhythm game only see it as "clicking game". Even though u show them playing any hardest level or any kind of thing we considered as HARD, they would just think of it as "aw dang that is hard" in a chill tone and nothing else. But only when i brought them to play it (let's say arcade taiko no tatsujin), only then they acknowledge how hard it is for them to touch even the lowest diff while i'm playing a higher diff than them. So yeah rhythm game is just that underappreciated until they tried it themselves xD

@@nabedesu7708 I think it's one of those things that are just impossible to understand when people don't have firsthand experience with it. We can recognize different patterns and appreciate how difficult they are because we've had to practice them for hours, but to someone who doesn't play rhythm games it all just blurs together into notespam. Usually the comments I get from friends when they see me play at an arcade is "I can't even tell what's happening" and I remember feeling the same way when I first started playing rhythm games. It's something I've thought about kind of a lot. I wish there was a way to make it more relatable for people who don't play rhythm games but I'm not sure it's possible. Even with a really good commentator, things happen so quickly in rhythm games I'm not sure they could really explain what people were seeing in a meaningful way.

This kind of talent show is not very popular since most everyone rather playing MOBA or MMORPG than Rhythm Games, especially when the difficulty of it is kinda outreach

Imagine doing Pentiment BYD, they will definitely freak out at the 2nd drop

That was actually considered at one point, and I'm also very consistent at Pentiment. I just think that the "In that light I find deliverance" will get people more excited.

I totally agree with you, that" In that light, I find deliverance" as a newbie and seeing that for the first time in a rythm blew my mind, it sent chills over my body. For these talent shows, I think it is preferable to play 10+ or below charts so that the viewer can somewhat comprehend what is going on. If the chart is too hard, it would cluster up making it very difficult to follow and instead defaults back to "Haha notes go brrrr". Brilliant song choice and nice PM.

Ugh I always forget how amazing that part is in Aegleseeker, literally made me tear up. absolutely amazing, man! Especially on stage, that takes some major guts

I love seeing the reaction of the spectator. Also like that there is a commentary during the show or else people would not get what is even happening at the time lol goodjob to the commentator too

It's such a joy to see the people's reactions to your gameplays on stage. Such an amazing performance, and watching this video makes me absolutely happy

I've also played rhythm games in front of many people, so I know how nervous and difficult this is. I applaud your amazing play.

@@Zaaviier it’s like, introducing Arcaea was just a side focus of the show, especially when people never heard of it, People will take difficult charts into one same thing as notes are falling like rain. The point to the impression is that players managed to catch all the notes flying towards the judgment section like stormy rains. All thanks to the narrator who specifies the characteristics of Arcaea to help audience grab understandings to know how actually hard it is In contrast if we pick specifically hard songs like BYD Tempest or Testify it gives out the same effect unless the player crashes the run which negatively impressed the audience, the chance of failing is agreeably high so no one wants to take the risk

Do you think that someone (me) could do this on another game like Phigros? By this I mean play a rhythm game at a school talent show if that wasn't obvious. Arcaea I feel is just more visually interesting than a game like Phigros so that's why i'm asking. Also well done.
