I PMed 1f1e33 before alr but didn't post any videos about it
After 4.0 update, to me,this seems not 10.9, it should be 10.7. The only hard thing to me is the crosshand arc, but it can be mastered quite easily if you have played enough crosshand charts. If 10.9, definitely quite easy 10.9.
