Discovered them at 49 while living in Ontario in 2006-07. Saw them live in Chicago in 2011 with the National (great show!). Love all the albums, but think Reflektor may be the best. Afterlife resonates..."when love is gone, where do you go/where did it go?"

Songs from Reflector really are great. Hard to get for the first time, but then... I'm in awe. That's what music for.

Oh man I wish I could see them live, Arcade Fire is amazing!

Afterlife is a great song. Its obvious that a lot of thought goes into this bands music and so great to see that there still is hope for todays music. They truly are one of the greats. Nobody but Grateful Dead & Phish compare to their level of energy output, every performance. It's a beautiful stimulation to experience and it puzzles me how few have really connected with it. Less than ½ million views, seriously?

I usually only listen to punk and metal but thought I'd watch this to see what the big deal was with this band. I can't really get into the music but this concert does look like it was fun to attend. It is cool to see people dancing to the music instead of like punching each other like I'm more used to.

I will see them for the first time in March too!! First time for me and yes, STOKED AS HELL!! The first time I heard some of their stuff, I was like "naa" but the more I listen it just crawls into my head and does something to me!! Its really awesome and they are awesome musicians as well!

Beatles and U2 both gave top of building concerts. Maybe their promoter or manager thought AF should stake a claim to greatness. I do love Reflektor, along with their earlier work, so no complaints here, but I'm not sure it fits their usual egalitarian vibe.

it's because Regine puts her whole being into her performance, what I noticed about them is that the live shows are so good because the whole band is dancing the entire time, they are so into it, which the crowd feeds off of

Well, they aren't "classically" great voices. Such as Bob Dylan or Kurt Cobain. However, I think Win has a really great voice when he chooses to utilize it to its full extent.

Amazing performance, the stage however was a bit to exaggerated I would have made it maybe 4.5 or 5 feet tall not 15 feet tall imagine the neck strain on the crowd.

What if they fucking fell off stage... Then... All hope in humanity would be.... Lost....

there is lot of them on the stage….is it possible that neither one of them at 0:53:20 could hit this high tone in 'satellite of love' back vocal that bowie sings on 'transformer' in falsetto….it is not difficult to sing high tones in falsetto, and it does not strain the voice that way….do everything has to be dumbed down to mediocracy nowadays?

Look how many are in that band. They gotta spread that money around. Guess they're satisfied to not make as much. Fuking epic tho eh? Nirvana- 3 members- so much money- fucking epic!

Great filming skills overcame the very strange stage and weak sound mix. Seriously, come down to earth and visit your audience.

I just can't get into them now. I like their old stuff better.
