Champs like Spunky and Arcade need to have a kit thats as good as their animations. Dont get me wrong they are pretty decent it just feels like wasted animation

If this guy isn't the best on attack and not great on D then what is his purpose exactly? I knows hes kind of a Domino counter but he takes crit fail when he dexs lol. I wish hes debuffs were a bit stronger on offense or leave it as is and for defense if hes debuffs went through block hed be a much better defender im just not sure where hes going to be used lol.
