I lost an arbitration . NSE Kolkata arranged it though I was not provided a copy of agreement papers ,they forced me to select the arbitrator according to the Respondent, my claim was rejected by se artrator. I challenge it after three years under, justice rejected it in the ground of time limitations. Now can challenge it in division bench .after division bench lost can I file afresh writ 226 against NSE. Please help me
