ingredients:-
.300 gm arbi
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
2 tsp chop green chilli
2 tsp chop ginger
chop coriander
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp oil

Aap ki achchhi baat ye hai ki aap ekdam sidhe subject pe aa jate hai aur aapke saath lagta hai ki ye banana to bilkul aasan hai. Baki kai chef itni bate banate hai ki khana banana boring lagta hai. Thank you for straight going to subject and teaching us.

Arbi is my favourite. I cut and shallow fry it like french fries and add dry masalas later eith thinly sliced onions ,ginger julienne and lots of slit green chillies. Thanks for the recipe chef. All your recipes are superb.

Good chef 👍, humare ghar mai cornflour laga kar deep fry karte hai taaki oil kharab nahi ho then oil, only ajwain, green chilli, dry masale & curd. almost dry ho jae gravy then add Arvi
