Why not run the line into the case on the other side of the ring gear? Much shorter run and less apt to damage.

In the lollipop not the bulkhead fitting in the housing just for clarity

Which model locker is this and does it fit straight in with 4.7 ring gear. Is it also 10 spline?

Do you think the air lockers stop shock on the drivetrain unlike an lsd

Biggest issue with these is the o rings not the copper tube

Apparently, (I have no first hand experience with this) the copper pipe work hardens and then cracks so people replace it brake bundy tube to solve that issue. Can anyone confirm this?

Copper line only goes hard when you play around with it bending it to many times when installing it, bend it correctly first time then no issues

@@justincrabtree5675 Any time the pipe moves or vibrates it will shorten its life and there’s a lot of oil being flung around at quite high velocity acting on that unsupported pipe. I think it’s more to do with the ring the copper pipe is attached to chattering back and forth that work hardens the pipe where it’s joined to it, as it was explained to me. The permanent fix was to use bundy tube instead of copper for the same reasons copper isn’t used in braking systems (it work hardens and cracks).
