Just to make it clear (CCC) Stand for Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate needed by and issued by Third Party Aramco "Approve" Service Provider list. Audit is in accordance to documents that can be downloaded in specifically Section 23. Cybersecurity requirements base on SACS-002 Third Party Cybersecurity Standard guideline found in your SAP ARIBA account Proposal and Questionnaire. Now the question is before third Party came for audit what shall the company management shall prepare for our IT system related stuff shall we say. Do we need a Server with specific software, an Anti virus on every Computer or do we need to have all license OS, Microsoft office. Password on every data, gmail account is not acceptable we should have corporate email & etc. Then What else we need to do to our computer system can mention some in here for us to prepare? certificate is just a piece of paper we need actual requirement to our system. By the way we just an Establishment we comply every documents in our Vendor account migrated to SAP ARIBA account but I couldn't completely submitted it due to the Section 23. sub clauses 23.1~23.6 in the SAP ARIBA proposal and questionnair regarding CCC.
