    You’re right of course, it was human error. But the fact that Arai’s system has always been so unnecessarily complicated leads to a higher likelihood of such errors. About half the time I removed/reinstalled those stupid side plates it sounded like I’d broken the damned things. It’s just ironic that Arai had such a major screw up in a year that they were trying to make such a big deal of at the TT. Fortunately, Michael is a champion. And even Arai’s catastrophic “human error” couldn’t keep him from earning his rightful place as the GOAT.

    Was such a shame for Michael Dunlop this year, not Arai's fault but human error.

    Well your fabulous quick change visor system just screwed MD out of a new record. It’s always been the worst thing about Aria helmets. 2:14

    I believe that was human error. Other arai visor changes went smoothly
