I think what I appreciate about their story the most, is the balanced portrayal of both women and men in a loving and real relationship. I love that Aragorn can also show his emotional and weak side, and his need for his woman to support him! It is so wrong for hollywood to continue feeding the lie that the woman is always emotional and the man is always strong. A real relationship is a team, with a united goal and love. It's just the best, that they uplift one another and meet each others needs completely, to live that life together.

@Lushkinn I just wish people didn't take it too far. Love is a choice, primarily and feelings follow. Beauty, charm, feelings they are so fleeting and I think that is forgotten when we see them together. Status and tasks, also fleeting. But a love that desires to know more of the other person and longs for their presence and influence in their life, desires to learn what they need, want and desire.... this is what we should take from their story!

Its not about Men or Women but Men and Elves, where Elves are shown emotionally stronger or less sensitive than Men. You could also see that weakness in Isildur. In real world I do feel women are emotional than men but for a short period but its other way around for men.

So very true and I have loved the process of learning to embrace that part of myself as a woman while learning to not utilise it as a weapon or let it become unleashed as a beast, an excuse to do whatever I want. I still can’t get over how beautiful Liv Tyler is as Arwen. ❤️

One of the best changes Peter Jackson made in these movies was giving more attention to Arwen. While the lore of Arwen choosing to die with Aragorn over immortality is incredibly powerful, the actual relationship between Aragorn and Arwen is barely explored in the book. In the movies we see both Aragorn and Arwen’s perspective as they both long for each other but believe they will never see each other again. I also love how while Aragorn is one of the main characters of the trilogy, most of their romance scenes are from the perspective of Arwen, allowing her character to be explored in greater depth in spite of her relatively low screen time.

Today Hollywood doesent make anymore love story like this, beautifoul and simple. Arwen and Aragorn are the perfect example of true love, pure love, everlasting love. I miss those type of movie and characters. Thank you for this beautifoul video, thank you for bringing back such beautifoul memories. Forever and ever Arwen and Aragorn❤❤❤❤

When talking only about individual projects all the greats have done, Shore is at number 1. LOTR was utter perfection. Williams still the most iconic overall based on all his projects and Zimmer is slowly catching up in that regard.

One of my fav love stories ever. I watch the extended versions every year since it came out and often listen to the soundtracks. This made me nostalgic af. Incredible.

Arwen is underrated, she was strong within herself, she had the ability to reach out to aragon in his mind, his sleep, she was protecting him from afar, she could even see into the future 🙌how you think she came and picked frodo. When he was ill, she had powers, to heal also. did you see what she did to the water when she was being chased? She can fight also to protect herself....and a heart of gold. She was aragon's motivation to fight for the throne. Elrond put isildur's sword back together only because of his love for his daughter arwen. Guys arwen was the prize! a whole queen. Sorry even I wouldn't leave her for eowyn. By the way I loved eowyn. Eowyn was in a good place too she ended up faramir,one with a heart of gold too. They both needed a break from matters to do with the throne. I would take faramir home too.

There will be nothing in existence that gives me a better feeling than these times. Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Warcraft III. Wow this made me tear up, what has happened to the world. Why can’t we make beautiful things like these anymore. Seeing this brings back those feelings from childhood, watching lotr on repeat, playing Warcraft 3, wow, BFME and the original trilogy games… wow

@Sandra U. I don´t think thats true. If you read Tolkiens Letter to his Son after his Wife died you can see how sad he was and that he loved her. He even wanted Beren and Luthien to be engraved on der Gravestone, and thats one of the most beautiful lovestorys to exist.

Arvena's example always makes me brave again for my beloved okba...our path is also a difficult one, but pure love lights up even the darkest paths 💜💜💜💜💜

They’re actually both very balanced in their masculine and feminine energies. Hence why their love is so strong and enduring. Arwen is wise and loves unconditionally but she’s also a warrior. Aragorn fights for what he believes in but also takes the time meditate and feel.

Every bit of this movie is just incredible. No flaw. Aragon and Arwen's love story is so beautiful and most unique in any Film.

so long as i love Arwen and Aragorn story, you should defenetely read the Silmarillion and the story of Beren and Luthien (that was also referred to by Aragorn when he sings at the fire with the hobbits sleeping. The Silmarillion is something you will never fin anywhere else, in any sense and any meaning, just by itself. And even if it wasn't enough, it helds the most beautiful and teardropping love story you could ever find. This is also the reason why Tolkien had have the names "Beren" and "Luthien" on his and his wife resting place. And it's also what inspires the story between Arwen and Aragorn, that are the second couple of elf and human bonding themselves to each others for eternity, at least in Middle earth history.
