The words "Tareeka" & "Ishara" are Urdu words..Normally used in Hindi also. Urdu & Arabic alphabets are quite similar( not completely). The writing & reading is also similar ( starts from right).

Being indian and to be honest, for your info the song is in urdu which is a sister language of hindi. Thats y it contains those arabic vocabulary Tariqa Ishaara also persian word dushman etc

The arabic version has done full justice to the Hindi version. Don't understand Arabic, but it sounds so so fluid and as if the song was written for the Arabic language.
