half oregano dry

1 pes onion chopped
1 spoon chilli flacks
3 spoon oilive oil

200 gm mince and 50 gm fat mince
1 pes onion chopped
little parsley and dill chopped
salt to tast
pinch cumin powder
pinch coriender powder
pinch white papper powder
pinch cinamon powder
half spoon ginger and garlic powder
lemon yellow food color
(6)mutton kabab.....
200 mince mutton 50 gm fat mince
1 pes onion chopped
little parsley and dill chopped
salt to tast
half spoon ginger and garlic powder
1 spoon 7 mix spice
pinch orange red food color
(7) smoky rice......
500 gm basmati rice
2 spoon ghee
little whole garam masala
5 clove garlic
2 pes onion chopped
2 block maggi chip
smoke for charcoal and ghee
