Hello dear friends! In continuation of the first part of Arabic education, we are with you with the second part of "useful and lovely words". You can use these words in your daily conversations and use them to communicate more with other Arabic speakers.
1. Shukran - Thank you: You can use this word to express your gratitude. For example, you can say: "Thank you for your help" (Shukran ʿalā musāʿadatikum).
2. Excuse me (ʿAfwan) - please: use this word to respond to a thank you or a request for forgiveness. For example, you can say: "Excuse me, there is no problem" (ʿAfwan, lā mushkilah).
3. Tafaḍḍal - You have done a favor: You can use this word to express gratitude to someone who has done you a favor. For example, you can say: "Tafaddl, the seat is empty" (Tafaḍḍal, al-maktab fāḍiʾ).
4. Usmiḥ lī - Excuse me: You can use this phrase to apologize or appreciate others. For example, you can say: "Usmiḥ lī ʿan التاخير"
5. Mabruk - Congratulations: You can use this word to congratulate someone who has succeeded. For example, you can say: "Congratulations on your acceptance!" (Mabruk ʿalā qabūlak!).
6. Uhibbuka - I love you: You can use this phrase to express your love and affection towards others. For example, you can say to your loved one: "Uhibbuka yā ṣadīqī".
7. Ma Shaa Allah (Mā shāʾa llāh) - God said the truth: This expression is used to express surprise and admiration for something you saw or heard. For example, you can say: "Ma shaa Allah, your ability is truly admirable" (Mā shāʾa llāh, qodratukum ḥawāq taḥsin bargiz ast).
8. Wonderful (Rāʾiʿ) - excellent, wonderful: You can use this word to express admiration and happiness about something. For example, you can say: "The card was great!" (Kārak rāʾiʿ).
9. حز سعيد (Ḥaẓẓ saʿīd) - good luck: You can use this expression to wish good luck to someone who has a specific intention. For example, you can say: "Good luck in your exams!" (Ḥaẓẓ saʿīd fī imtiḥānātik!).
10. Jamīl - beautiful, tasteful: You can use this word to describe something or someone who is beautiful and tasteful. For example, you can say: "Your dress is really beautiful" (Libāsukum ḥāḍān jamīl).
